TRADUÇÃO COMO INSTRUMENTO DE INCLUSÃO SOCIAL PARA IMIGRANTES HAITIANOS: VERSÃO DO PORTUGUÊS PARA O FRANCÊS DA CARTILHA DO CENTRO DE REFERÊNCIA DE ASSISTÊNCIA SOCIAL – CRAS, DE MARINGÁ/PR
Este trabalho descreve as ações relacionadas ao Projeto de Extensão do curso de Secretariado Executivo Trilíngue da Universidade Estadual de Maringá que teve como objetivo realizar a versão do português para o francês de uma cartilha com informações sobre Assistência Social à comunidade em geral. O projeto foi elaborado conforme demanda da Secretaria de Assistência Social e Cidadania do município de Maringá por encontrar dificuldades no atendimento a imigrantes haitianos que procuram auxílio naquela secretaria. Para alcançar este objetivo, tomamos por base os conceitos teóricos abordados nos estudos da tradução por meio de autores como Oustinoff (2011), Arrojo (2000), entre outros. Neste cenário, o processo de versão do material cumpre o papel de tornar acessíveis informações relacionadas aos direitos de todos os cidadãos do município para a população haitiana que vive na região de Maringá.

Abstract:
This article describes the actions related to the Extension Project of the Trilingual Executive Secretariat course at the State University of Maringá, which aimed to carry out the Portuguese to the French version of a booklet with information on Social Assistance to the community in general. The project was elaborated according to the demand of the Secretariat of Social Assistance and Citizenship of the municipality of Maringá, as it encounters difficulties in assisting Haitian immigrants who seek assistance at that secretariat. To achieve this objective, we take as a basis the theoretical concepts addressed in translation studies by authors such as Oustinoff (2011), Arrojo (2000), among others. In this scenario, the material version process fulfills the role of making information related to the rights of all citizens of the municipality accessible to the Haitian population living in the Maringá region.
