TRABALHO REAL E PRESCRITO DO PSICÓLOGO HOSPITALAR NO BRASIL
A Psicologia Hospitalar configura-se como um campo de atuação da Psicologia em vistas a atender múltiplas demandas circunscritas em instituições de saúde. Com o objetivo de identificar e analisar publicações na área de Psicologia no Brasil que versam sobre a atuação de psicólogos hospitalares no país, o presente trabalho adotou a estratégia de Revisão Sistemática de Literatura (RSL), conforme método PRISMA. Foram identificados 272 artigos, sendo selecionados 16 para análise. Identificou-se quatro categorias de análise: (i) competências e perfil do psicólogo hospitalar; (ii) o papel do psicólogo em sua atuação nas instituições hospitalares; (iii) a formação do psicólogo hospitalar; (iv) vivências e subjetividade de psicólogos que atuam em psicologia hospitalar. Os resultados identificam contradições entre trabalho prescrito e real dos psicólogos hospitalares, a partir do que se propõem reflexões críticas quanto ao papel da psicologia hospitalar e quanto à formação desses profissionais.

Abstract:
Hospital Psychology is configured as a field of intervntion of Psychology in order to meet multiple demands circumscribed in health institutions. In order to identify and analyze publications in the field of Psychology in Brazil that deal with the work of hospital psychologists in the country, the present work adopted the Systematic Literature Review (RSL) strategy, according to the PRISMA method. A total of 272 articles were identified, 16 of which were selected for analysis. Four categories of analysis were identified: (i) competencies and profile of the hospital psychologist; (ii) the role of psychologists in their work in hospital institutions; (iii) the training of the hospital psychologist; (iv) experiences and subjectivity of psychologists who work in hospital psychology. The results identify contradictions between the prescribed and actual work of hospital psychologists, based on which critical reflections are proposed regarding the role of hospital psychology and the training of these professionals.
