TRABALHO PRECÁRIO E SALÁRIO DOS BIBLIOTECÁRIOS NO NORTE E NORDESTE BRASILEIRO: desvendando relações de classe e gênero
Reflete sobre o mercado de trabalho
no Norte e Nordeste do Brasil com ênfase
na questão salarial e sobre a precariedade
das condições de trabalho dos profissionais
bibliotecários. A relevância deste estudo
se traduz nas contribuições que apresenta
para pensar não somente o mercado de
trabalho bibliotecário em si, mas as relações
de classe e gênero em uma sociedade que
ainda desconhece o potencial de trabalho
desse profissional e em especial o trabalho
das mulheres. Os estudos sobre mercado nos
permitem avaliar a dimensão social e política
do trabalho do bibliotecário, refletir sobre as
condições no ambiente laboral e como estas
incidem sobre o salário, a profissionalização
no âmbito das organizações prestadoras
de serviços de informação, em especial as
bibliotecas. O estudo analisa ainda o perfil
desse bibliotecário, o piso salarial e a satisfação
pessoal e profissional. Para a obtenção dos
dados, foi realizada pesquisa bibliográfica e de
campo fundamentada na visão de Karl Marx
(1994; 2004), Cunha (2013), Silva, Mueller
(2004), Ferreira (2003; 2006). O universo do
estudo abrange os estados do Norte e Nordeste
envolvendo profissionais em diversos tipos de
bibliotecas, identifica a atual realidade, no intuito
de mostrar a situação na qual os bibliotecários
que atuam nestas Regiões.

Abstract:
Reflects on the labor market in
North and Northeast Brazil with emphasis on
the issue of pay and about the precariousness
of working conditions of professional librarians.
The relevance of this study translates the
contributions which features to think about
not only the labour market librarian itself,
but class and gender relations in a society
that still unaware of the potential for work of
this professional and in particular the work
of women. The market studies allow us to
assess the social and political dimension of the
work of the librarian, reflect on the conditions
in the working environment and how these
relate to the wages, professionalization in the
context of organizations providing information
services, in particular those libraries. The study
examines the profile of librarian, the wage floor
and personal and professional satisfaction. To
obtain the data, was carried out bibliographical
research and field based on the vision of Karl
Marx (1994; 2004), wedge (2013), Silva, Mueller
(2004), Ferreira (2003; 2006). The universe
of the study covers the northern and Northeastern States involving professionals in
different types of libraries, identifies the current reality, in order to show the situation
in which the librarians who work in these regions. Keywords: job insecurity, Wage
