TRABALHO, POLÍTICA E GÊNERO: O PAPEL DA MULHER NA HISTÓRIA E O RESGATE DO FEMINISMO
Este artigo pretende refletir acerca
da importância da inserção da mulher na política
e no mundo do trabalho no Brasil. Mostra
que o sistema de representações construído
historicamente criou e recriou estereótipos
para a mulher, seja ela trabalhadora ou
não. A emergência dos movimentos sociais
vem projetando no país outra concepção de
cidadania, baseada no trabalho, na vida e na
luta social. Foi a partir desse problema que esse
artigo procura desenvolver uma investigação
cujo resultado se configurasse como uma
pesquisa capaz de permitir a compreensão
dos fatos acima descritos, investigando,
sobretudo, do ponto de vista histórico-cultural,
os diferentes condicionantes dessa realidade.
Os resultados apontam para uma experiência
bem sucedida, mulheres que romperam com
a ordem vigente e resolveram se engajar em
movimento coletivo exercendo uma cidadania
com capacidade para enfrentar os problemas
cotidianos da coletividade, da exploração, da
miséria, da desigualdade social, muito presente
ainda na formação da sociedade brasileira.

Abstract:
This article reflects on the
importance of women’s inclusion in politics
and the world of work in Brazil. Shows that
the system of representations built historically
created and recreated stereotypes for women,
whether working or not. The emergence of
social movements in the country has been
designing another conception of citizenship
based on work, life and social struggle. It was
this problem that this article seeks to develop
an investigation whose results are configuring
it as a research able to allow the understanding
of the above facts, investigating, especially
the historical-cultural point of view, different
conditions of this reality. The results point to
a successful experience, women who broke
with the existing order and decided to engage
in collective movement exerting a citizenship
able to cope with the everyday problems of
the community, exploitation, poverty, social
inequality, very present still in formation of
Brazilian society.
