TRABALHO INFANTIL E PERMISSIVIDADE: OS DIREITOS HUMANOS COMO PARADIGMA AO SEU ENFRENTAMENTO.
O presente artigo tem como objetivo fazer uma breve análise acerca do trabalho infantil no Brasil e sua permissividade, mostrando como esse problema é uma violação aos direitos humanos, sobretudo concernente aos direitos da criança e do adolescente, mostrando um pouco do contexto histórico e alguns marcos que contribuiram para enraizar esse problema social que perdura até hoje, mostrando, ainda, a influência dos Direitos Humanos no enfretamento do trabalho infatil. O problema norteador desse trabalho é mostrar a necessidade da proteção jurídica contra o trabalho infantil, enfatizando que, apesar de ser combatido há décadas, ainda é um problema que persiste. O presente trabalho, ainda tem o intuito de investigar e aprofundar o conhecimento acerca do tema exposto. O método utilizado é o científico dialético, uma vez que busca esclarecer as discussões acerca do assunto, apresentando uma visão crítica. Utilizou-se do procedimento bibliográfico para fomentar o conhecimento e a análise sobre essa questão que tem repercutido de modo proeminente. Como resultado dessa pesquisa foi possível identificar as graves consequências que o trabalho infantil pode causar e que ainda é um problema presente no Brasil, e com isso ficando clara a necessidade de combatê-lo por meio das leis que versam sobre o assunto, que por sua vez surgiram sob a influência e força dos Direitos Humanos.

Abstract:
This article aims to make a brief analysis about child labor in Brazil and its permissiveness, showing how this problem is a violation of human rights, especially concerning the rights of children and adolescents, showing a little of the historical context and some milestones who contributed to root this social problem that continues today, showing, still, the influence of Human Rights in facing child labor. The guiding problem of this work is to show the need for legal protection against child labor, emphasizing that, despite being fought for decades, it is still a problem that persists. The present work, still intends to investigate and deepen the knowledge about the exposed theme. The method used is the scientific dialectic, since it seeks to clarify the discussions on the subject, presenting a critical view. The bibliographic procedure was used to foster knowledge and analysis on this issue, which has reverberated prominently. As a result of this research it was possible to identify the serious consequences that child labor can cause and which is still a problem present in Brazil, and with that it becomes clear the need to combat it through the laws that deal with the subject, which in turn emerged under the influence and strength of human rights.
