TRABALHO-EDUCAÇÃO: À LUZ DA REALIDADE
O presente trabalho apresenta os resultados de análises bibliográficas realizadas no componente curricular Trabalho e Educação no semestre 2017.1, do campus de Barreiras no curso de Pedagogia da Universidade do Estado da Bahia. Aborda a educação como um processo construído na convivência diária, na família e na sociedade e não somente em espaços formais. O trabalho neste estudo constitui-se por todas as atividades intelectuais ou físicas que as mulheres e homens exercem. Nas sociedades comunitárias, aonde os bens eram divididos e a terra era o único meio de produção e bem coletivo, a educação se dava no próprio ato do trabalho. Quando a terra passou a ser privatizada por alguns, os homens foram divididos em classes, e, consequentemente, ocorre a dissociação entre trabalho e educação. Nestes termos a educação tornou-se instrumento de manutenção do capital diferenciando-se de acordo com a classe a qual se destina. A educação sozinha não consegue romper com a lógica do capital, necessita de outras estruturas para se constituir frente a este processo social capitalista da qual faz parte.

Abstract:
The work presents the results of bibliographic analyzes carried out in the curricular component Work and Education in the 2017.1 semester from the Campus of Barreiras in the Pedagogy Course of State University of Bahia. Addresses education as a process built in daily coexistence, in the family and in society and not only in formal spaces. The work in this study is constituted for all the intellectual or physical activities that women and men exercise. In conmitary societies, where goods were divided, land was the only means of production and a collective asset, education was own act of work. When the land started to be privatized by some, men were divided into classes, and therefore dissociation between work and education occurs. In these terms, education has become an instrument of capital maintenance, differentiating itself according to the class to which it is intended. Education alone can not break with the logic of capital, it needs other structures to be facing this social process capitalist of which it is a part.
