TRABALHO DE CURSO: PERCEPÇÃO DOS FORMANDOS SOBRE A CONTRIBUIÇÃO PARA A FORMAÇÃO DO ADMINISTRADOR
A pesquisa apresenta como
tema principal o desenvolvimento do futuro
Administrador, tendo como objetivo geral
analisar como a Instituição La Salle tem formado
os egressos do Curso de Administração,
considerando as competências e habilidades
propostas pela DCN, e como específicos:
Analisar a DCN e o PPC de Administração da
Faculdade La Salle; Identificar a percepção
dos acadêmicos quanto a contribuição das
disciplinas de Trabalho de Curso I e II e
Consultoria Organizacional na formação do
administrador; e Identificar a opinião dos
formandos quanto a adoção da metodologia
de Consultoria Organizacional no Trabalho
de Curso de Administração. Utilizou-se como
procedimento metodológico o estudo de
caso com abordagem indutiva, a ferramenta
aplicada foram 33 questionários na coleta de
dados, e também a análise comparativa entre
a DCN e o PPC. Obteve-se como resultados
que o PPC e a DCN são aderentes nos
elementos estruturais e nas disciplinas de
formação, porém, nos quesitos competências e
habilidades são pouco compatíveis, os mesmos
quesitos ao serem avaliados pelos alunos foram
considerados resultados favoráveis à disciplina
de Consultoria Organizacional, registrou-se a
preferência dos formandos pela adoção de um
trabalho igual ou semelhante como ferramenta
de conclusão do curso e avaliação. Considerase
que a Instituição cumpre parcialmente com
as disposições encontradas na DCN, e que a
disciplina de Consultoria Organizacional tem, na
opinião dos formandos, maior contribuição no
aprendizado prático e na formação profissional
do Administrador. Os formandos pontuaram sua
preferência em adotar o modelo da disciplina ou
similar em substituição ao artigo como Trabalho
de Curso.

Abstract:
The research has as main theme the development of the future
Administrator, with the general objective of analyzing how the Institution La Salle has
formed the graduates of the Administration Course, considering the competences and
skills proposed by DCN, and as specific: Analyze the DCN and the PPC of Administration
at Faculdade La Salle; Identify the perception of academics regarding the contribution
of the disciplines of Course Work I and II and Organizational Consulting in the training
of the administrator; and Identify the trainees’ opinion regarding the adoption of the
Organizational Consulting methodology in the Administration Course Work. As a
methodological procedure, the case study with an inductive approach was used, the
tool applied was 33 questionnaires in the data collection, and also the comparative
analysis between the DCN and the PPC. It was obtained as results that the PPC and
the DCN are adherent in the structural elements and in the training disciplines, however,
in the competences and skills are not compatible, the same questions when evaluated
by the students were considered favorable results to the discipline of Organizational
Consulting, the trainees’ preference was registered for the adoption of the same or
similar work as a tool for completing the course and evaluation. It is considered that the
Institution partially complies with the provisions found in the DCN, and that the discipline
of Organizational Consulting has, in the opinion of the trainees, a greater contribution
to the practical learning and professional training of the Administrator. Trainees scored
their preference for adopting the discipline model or similar in substitution for the article
as Course Work.
