TRABALHANDO COM EXPERIMENTOS DE FÍSICA E CIÊNCIAS NUMA ESCOLA PRISIONAL NO BRASIL
É possível trabalhar experimentos de Física e Ciências numa escola prisional? O que isso traz de significativo para os alunos? Essas perguntas fomentaram a investigação, juntamente com a necessidade de inserir na formação dos discentes em Licenciatura em Física e Ciências Naturais o debate sobre direitos humanos e educação no sistema prisional. Os experimentos feitos com materiais de baixo custo e sucatas foram construídos pelos discentes e apresentados aos alunos da escola prisional durante quatro dias. A análise dos questionários e dos relatos dos alunos mostrou que é possível trabalhar experimentação numa escola prisional (mais que isso, é necessário!), uma vez que a Educação é uma ferramenta muito usada na (re)socialização do detento e que, portanto, tornar as aulas mais agradáveis certamente incentivará os presos a continuarem seus estudos fora da prisão.

Abstract:
Is it possible to work on physics and science experiments in a prison school? What does this mean for students? These questions fostered the investigation, together with the need to insert the debate on human rights and education in the prison system in the training of undergraduate students in Physics and Natural Sciences. The experiments made with low-cost materials and scraps were built by the students and presented to students at the prison school for four days. The analysis of the questionnaires and the students' reports showed that it is possible to work on experimentation in a prison school (more than that, it is necessary!), Since Education is a tool widely used in the (re) socialization of the detainee and, therefore, making classes more enjoyable will certainly encourage prisoners to continue their studies outside of prison.
