TRABALHANDO A TEMÁTICA DA DIVERSIDADE ÉTNICO-RACIAL E CULTURAL EM SALA DE AULA
RESUMO: O presente artigo está baseado no relato de uma aula dada na Escola Municipal Marly Cavallero Rojas, na cidade de Ponta Porã/MS na fronteira do Brasil-Paraguai com turmas do primeiro ano do Ensino Fundamental I, no cumprimento das exigências da disciplina de Educação e Relações Étnico-Raciais no Brasil ministrada pelas professoras Dra Léia Teixeira Lacerda e Dra Bartolina Ramalho Catanante no Mestrado Profissional em Educação da UEMS – campus Campo Grande/MS. O trabalho foi desenvolvido com o objetivo de aproximar teoria e prática e de levar realmente para o chão da escola a temática da diversidade étnico-racial e cultural para a valorização e o respeito às diferenças contribuindo para a visibilidade da realidade atual das populações indígenas seguimento significativo da sociedade sulmatogrossense. Entendemos que todos no contexto escolar, devem compreender a diversidade não como um problema, mas como elemento de identidade nacional e regional de cada um, e assim, valorizar as especificidades, baseando as ações na tolerância, no respeito aos direitos humanos e na noção de cidadania compartilhada por todos. Esse aprendizado não se dá através dos discursos, frutos das teorias e seus pressupostos, ou de leis e decretos, ele se dá a cada instante no cotidiano influenciado por ações pedagógicas pautadas na alteridade realizadas por um educador com uma postura ativa, dinâmica, dialógica, interativa e não preconceituosa. A experiência na escola foi enriquecedora e despertou os professores para a importância do estudar o tema da diversidade para trabalhar com mais propriedade esse assunto ainda esquecido e negligenciado, mas de grande necessidade no contexto permeado pelas diferenças.

Abstract:
ABSTRACT: This article is based a class given at the Municipal School Marly Cavallero Rojas, in the city of Ponta Porã / MS on the Brazil-Paraguay border with classes from the first year of Elementary School, in order to fulfill the requirements of the discipline of Education and Ethnic-Racial Relations in Brazil taught by teachers Dra Léia Teixeira Lacerda and Dra Bartolina Ramalho Catanante in the Professional Master in Education at UEMS - campus Campo Grande / MS. The work was developed with the objective of bringing theory and practice closer together and really bringing the theme of ethnic-racial and cultural diversity to the school floor for the appreciation and respect for differences, contributing to the visibility of the current reality of indigenous populations with significant follow-up of Sulmatogrossense society. We understand that everyone in the school context, should understand diversity not as a problem, but as an element of national and regional identity for each one, and thus, to value specificities, basing actions on tolerance, respect for human rights and the notion of citizenship shared by all. This learning does not take place through speeches, fruits of theories and their assumptions, or by laws and decrees, it takes place at every moment in everyday life influenced by pedagogical actions based on alterity carried out by an educator with an active, dynamic, dialogic posture, interactive and not prejudiced. The experience at school was enriching and awakened teachers to the importance of studying the theme of diversity in order to work more appropriately on this subject that is still forgotten and neglected, but of great need in the context permeated by differences.
