TRABALHADORES DE COSTURARIAS DAS REDES DE FAST FASHION TRANSNACIONAIS: A INVISILIBILIDADE DA ESCRAVIDÃO URBANA
A presente pesquisa tem como objeto de estudo a análise da realidade dos trabalhadores de costurarias das redes de fast fashion transnacionais, no Brasil, e a invisibilidade da sua escravização urbana perante a sociedade, que evidencia a miséria como negativa de Direitos Fundamentais. Para tanto será feito um apanhado da perspectiva da escravidão contemporânea como elemento da cadeia produtiva das redes de costuraria de fast fashion, elemento de globalização da exploração do trabalhador hipossuficiente; será analisada a tratativa do tema com foco nas legislações nacionais e internacionais; e será feita a verificação das perspectivas de combate ao trabalho escravo na atuação nas cadeias produtivas das referidas multinacionais. Utiliza-se de revisões bibliográficas e a análise de casos concretos divulgados pela mídia nacional.

Abstract:
This research has as its object of study the analysis of the reality of sewing workers in transnational fast fashion networks in Brazil and the invisibility of their urban enslavement in society, which highlights misery as a negative of Fundamental Rights. For that, an overview will be made of the perspective of contemporary slavery as an element of the production chain of fast fashion sewing networks, an element of globalization of the exploitation of the low-sufficient worker; the treatment of the subject will be analyzed with a focus on national and international legislation; and the perspectives of combating slave labor in the production chains of the multinationals will be verified. It uses bibliographical reviews and the analysis of specific cases published by the national media.
