TOMÁS DE AQUINO E A LEI NATURAL: UMA FUNDAMENTAÇÃO METAFÍSICA
O texto pretende explicitar uma fundamentação metafísica da lei natural em Tomás de Aquino. A noção de bem transcendental é o fundamento dos primeiros princípios da razão prática. Essa perspectiva transcendental deve nos conduzir a uma adequada interpretação sobre o papel das inclinações naturais e sobre a noção de bem nas ações humanas, em confronto com John Finnis (1940-).

Abstract:
The text intends to make a mataphysical foundation to natural law in Thomas Aquinas. The notion of transcendental good is the foundation of the first principles of practical reason. This perspective should lead us to an adequate interpretation of the role of natural inclinations and the notion of good in human actions, in confrontation with John Finnis (1940-).
