THEOTÔNIO DOS SANTOS E A TEORIA DA DEPENDÊNCIA: FUNDAMENTAÇÃO PARA COMPREENSÃO DO FENÔMENO ESPORTE
O presente texto traz aspectos biográficos e teóricos sobre Theotônio dos Santos e a Teoria da Dependência. Em seguida aponta questões do esporte sob o ponto de vista estrutural de forma breve, as quais serviriam de objeto de análise para futuras observações do fenômeno do esporte à luz da teoria da dependência. Como não há pesquisas robustas nessa vertente de análise do esporte, e dada a importância teórica e histórica da teoria da dependência, compreende-se como relevante apresentar algumas informações como subsídios de possíveis pesquisas futuras. Assim, à frente, tais aspectos biográficos e teóricos são apresentados e, em seguida, os brevíssimos apontamentos sobre a questão estrutural do esporte de forma a estabelecer alguns pontos possíveis de relação com a teoria da dependência, indicando sete considerações finais, como comentários desdobrando o que foi trabalhado ao longo do texto.

Abstract:
The present text brings biographical and theoretical aspects about Theotônio dos Santos and the dependency theory. Then it points out sport issues from a structural point of view briefly, which would serve as an object of analysis for future observations of the sport phenomenon in the light of dependency theory. As there is no robust research in this aspect of sport analysis, and given the theoretical and historical importance of dependency theory, it is understood as relevant to present some information as subsidies for possible future research. Thus, ahead, such biographical and theoretical aspects are presented and, then, the very brief notes on the structural issue of sport in order to establish some possible points of relationship with the theory of dependence, indicating seven final considerations, as comments unfolding the that has been worked on throughout the text.
