THE EXPRESSION OF IDEAS IN NA ACADEMIC ENVOIRONMENT AND COMPLAINT 33.137 IN THE SUPREME FEDERAL COURT.
Este trabalho analisa decisão do Supremo Tribunal Federal na Reclamação 33.137. O objetivo do artigo é identificar: primeiro, se a decisão cautelar deferida está de acordo com os anteriores julgamentos do Tribunal; segundo, as razões jurídicas para a decisão analisada. A história constitucional do Brasil garante a liberdade de expressão. Mas, todos os direitos têm seus limites. Por este motivo, a liberdade individual deve ser exercida sem ameaçar a liberdade de outrem.

Abstract:
This paper analyses the Supreme Court's decision in Complaint 33.137. The purpose of the article is to identify: first, whether the injunction granted is in accordance with previous judgments of the Court; second, the legal reasons for the decision analyzed. Brazil's constitutional history guarantees freedom of expression. But every right has its limits. For this reason, individual freedom must be exercised without threatening the freedom of others.
