TESTES VESTIBULARES NO SISTEMA ÚNICO DE SAÚDE: ANÁLISE DE SÉRIES TEMPORAIS DE 2012 A 2022
O objetivo deste capítulo é analisar a realização dos Testes Vestibulares no Sistema Único de Saúde brasileiro, entre 2012 e 2022. Método: Trata-se de estudo ecológico de série temporal, baseado em dados secundários extraídos do Sistema de Informações Ambulatoriais do SUS (SIS/SUS) no Brasil no período de 2012 a 2022, segundo mês/ano de atendimento e região/Unidade da Federação. Resultados: Entre 2012 e 2022 foram registrados 236.285 testes vestibulares no SIA/SUS. Todos os atendimentos foram considerados de média complexidade. Quanto à esfera jurídica, de 2014 a 2022, 186.909 (92,9%) foram realizados por administração pública, entidades empresariais, entidades sem fins lucrativos ou pessoa física e 14.363 (7,1%) não especificados ou ignorados. Houve redução na taxa de crescimento anual a partir de 2018, bem como em 2020. Conclusão: a maior parte dos procedimentos do SIA/SUS foi de responsabilidade da administração pública. As maiores taxas de procedimentos/1000 habitantes foram nos Estados de Goiás e São Paulo, e as menores nos Estados do Acre e Paraíba. Houve queda na taxa de crescimento anual a partir de 2018 sob as hipóteses de austeridade do novo regime fiscal a partir da Emenda Constitucional 95 e, posteriormente, da pandemia por covid-19.

Abstract:
The objective of this chapter is to analyze the Vestibular Tests in the Brazilian Unified Health System, between 2012 and 2022. Method: This is a time-series ecological study, based on secondary data extracted from the SUS Ambulatory Information System (SIA/ SUS) in Brazil from 2012 to 2022, according to month/year of service and region/Unit of the Federation. Results: Between 2012 and 2022, 236,285 vestibular tests were registered at SIA/SUS. All services were considered of medium complexity. As for the legal scope, from 2014 to 2022, 186,909 (92.9%) were carried out by public administration, business entities, non-profit entities or individuals and 14,363 (7.1%) were not specified or ignored. There was a reduction in the annual growth rate from 2018 onwards, as well as in 2020. Conclusion: most of the SIA/SUS procedures were the responsibility of the public administration. The highest rates of procedures/1000 inhabitants were in the states of Goiás and São Paulo, and the lowest in the states of Acre and Paraíba. There was a drop in the annual growth rate from 2018 under the hypothesis of austerity of the new fiscal regime from Constitutional Amendment 95 and, subsequently, the covid-19 pandemic.
