TESTE DE FERRAMENTAS DE RECUPERAÇÃO DE IMAGENS PARA SISTEMAS DE ARQUIVOS EXT3 E EXT4
Com o aumento do uso de sistemas
GNU/Linux, recuperação de dados nestes
sistemas tornou-se muito comum. Usar a
ferramenta ideal para cada tipo de sistema de
arquivos é de suma importância para o êxito
da tarefa, seja no quesito desempenho ou
eficiência. Este trabalho apresentou de forma
prática e objetiva, três das principais e mais
conhecidas ferramentas para recuperação de
dados e as comparou em sistemas de arquivos
ext3 ext4, de forma a possibilitar que o leitor
possa escolher a solução mais adequada para
cada ocasião. O resultado mostrou que, em
geral, o Photorec obteve o melhor desempenho.

Abstract:
With the increasing use of GNU/
Linux systems, the retrieval of data in these
systems has become very common. Using
the ideal tool for each type of file system is
paramount to the success of the task, be it
performance or efficiency. This work presented
in a practical and objective way three of the
most well known tools for data recovery and
compared them in ext3 and ext4 file systems,
in order to allow the reader to choose the most
suitable solution for each occasion. The result
showed that, in general, Photorec achieved the
best performance.
