TERRITÓRIO, TERRITORIALIDAES E ENVOLVIMENTO PARTICIPATIVO NOS COCAIS E NA PLANÍCIE LITORÂNEA NO PIAUÍ.
O presente trabalho é fruto da implementação e dos resultados do Projeto Gestão dos Territórios dos Cocais e da Planície Litorânea do Piauí (UFPI/CNPq/MDA/SPPM), executado pelos Núcleos de Desenvolvimento Territoriais (Nedets), utilizando a investigação-ação participativa, a etnografia, as abordagens de extensão rural de princípios agroecológicos e os elementos da educação do campo, através de oficinas de construção de conhecimentos ‘capacitações’ em regime de alternância, para analisar e propor estratégias de avanço das políticas públicas territoriais, mesmo em tempos de descontinuidade das politicas de fortalecimento social em decorrência das rupturas antidemocráticas perpetradas pelo legislativo e judiciário Brasileiro. O trabalho tem apoiado os contextos populares do campo a se envolver intensamente no processo de desenvolvimento territorial, politização dos colegiados e emancipação das juventudes rurais. Utilizando os diagnósticos rurais para subsidiar planos territoriais participativos de apoio a projetos prioritários da região, com apoio de abordagens de Ater comunicativa e dialógica. Os Nedets têm conseguido apoiar o processo de inserção sócio profissional das juventudes rurais e acesso camponês as políticas públicas voltadas á agricultura familiar. Os colegiados dos Cocais e da Planície Litorânea contribuíram efetivamente com a construção de 12 propostas das 30 priorizadas na Conferência Nacional de Ater – 2ª Cnater. As estratégias de construção de conhecimentos coletivizados têm apoiado a evolução dos quintais agroecológicos, promovendo subsistência, ganho de excedentes e geração de renda fruto da comercialização em mercado de ciclo curto, junto às feiras agroecológicas, Programa de Aquisição de Alimentos da Agricultura Familiar – PAA e Programa de Aquisição de Produtos da Agricultura Familiar para a Merenda Escolar nos municípios dos territórios. O engajamento dos jovens na política territorial se destaca, sobretudo na implementação de empreendimentos agroecológicos.

Abstract:
This work is the result of the implementation and results of the Project for the Management of the Territories of Cocais and the Coastal Plain of Piauí (UFPI / CNPq / MDA / SPPM), carried out by the Territorial Development Centers (Nedets), using participatory action-research, ethnography, rural extension approaches to agroecological principles and elements of rural education, through knowledge-building workshops on alternating regimes, to analyze and propose strategies for advancing territorial public policies, even in times of discontinuity of social strengthening policies due to the anti-democratic ruptures perpetrated by the Brazilian legislature and judiciary. The work has supported popular contexts in the countryside to become intensely involved in the process of territorial development, politicization of collegiate bodies and the emancipation of rural youth. Using rural diagnostics to support participatory territorial plans to support priority projects in the region, with support of communicative and dialogical Ater approaches. The Nedets have been able to support the process of socio-professional insertion of rural youth and peasant access to public policies aimed at family farming. The collegiate bodies of Cocais and of the Plain of the Coast effectively contributed to the construction of 12 proposals out of the 30 prioritized in the National Conference of Ater - 2nd Cnater. The strategies for building collectivized knowledge have supported the evolution of agroecological backyards, promoting subsistence, gaining surpluses and generating income as a result of commercialization in a short cycle market, along with agroecological fairs, the Family Agriculture Food Acquisition Program - PAA and Program for the Acquisition of Family Farming Products for School Lunch in the municipalities of the territories. The engagement of young people in territorial policy stands out, especially in the implementation of agroecological enterprises.
