Abstract: Androgenetic alopecia (AGA) is the leading cause of hair loss in men and women, resulting from the progressive miniaturization of hair follicles mediated by dihydrotestosterone (DHT). Given the therapeutic limitations of conventional approaches, this study presents an integrative review on the potential of regenerative therapy associated with growth factors, biotin, D-panthenol, and other trophic and follicle-stimulating agents, with emphasis on the scientific foundations of the Vittahair protocol. The literature demonstrates that growth factor modulation plays a central role in follicular regeneration, promoting the prolongation of the anagen phase, increasing hair density, and improving hair shaft quality. Intradermal application through microinfusion using a capillary dermograph enhances local bioavailability of active compounds and optimizes tissue response, representing a safe, targeted, and highly precise alternative for the treatment of AGA. Thus, the Vittahair protocol stands out as an innovative, evidence-based strategy that integrates pharmacological principles and regenerative therapy in the clinical management of androgenetic alopecia.
