TEORIA DO AUTOCUIDADO E O PROCESSO DE ENFERMAGEM A PACIENTE COM CELULITE INFECCIOSA E COMORBIDADES: RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
Objetiva-se relatar a experiência de
acadêmicos de enfermagem com o Processo
de Enfermagem e o referencial Teórico do
Autocuidado, empregando as classificações
taxonômicas NANDA, NIC, NOC e CIPE. O
presente trabalho trata-se de um relato de
experiência realizado por graduandos de
enfermagem de uma instituição pública de
ensino superior do Piauí, em um hospital de
referência do interior do estado, em novembro
de 2018, durante as aulas práticas da disciplina
de Metodologia da Assistência de Enfermagem.
Foi abordado um caso de celulite infecciosa,
onde a paciente também apresentava
obesidade. A fim de elaborar os diagnósticos,
intervenções e resultados de enfermagem,
analisou-se o histórico clínico e empregou-se
as taxonomias NANDA – I, NIC, NOC e CIPE.
Como referencial teórico aplicou-se a Teoria do
Autocuidado concebida por Dorothea Elizabeth
Orem, associando o estudo com as ideias da
autora. Os resultados foram apresentados
conforme processo de enfermagem baseadas
na Resolução 358/2009 do Conselho Federal
de Enfermagem (COFEN), e após análise foram
determinados 10 diagnósticos, intervenções
e resultados baseados nas taxonomias.
A utilização das taxonomias sistematiza a
assistência, tornando-as imprescindíveis para
uniformização da linguagem científica utilizada
pela enfermagem, o que contribui para amplificar
a qualidade do atendimento prestado nos
serviços de saúde. Quando aliadas às teorias
de Autocuidado de Dorothea Elizabeth Orem
torna-se possível despertar um pensamento
crítico, repensando-o acerca da importância
da assistência de enfermagem ao desenvolver
uma auto capacidade de cuidado, levando em
conta a individualidade de cada pessoa para
que surja nestes, novamente, o sentimento de
dignidade humana.

Abstract:
The objective is to report the nursing students’ experience with the Nursing
Process and the Self-Care Theoretical Framework, using the following taxonomic
classifications NANDA, NIC, NOC and CIPE. The present study is an experience report
by nursing undergraduates from a public institution of higher education in Piauí, at
reference hospital in the interior of the state, in November 2018, during the practical
classes of the subject Methodology of Nursing Assistance. A case of infectious cellulitis
was addressed, where the patient also presented obesity. In order to elaborate the
nursing diagnoses, interventions and results, the clinical history was analyzed and the
taxonomies NANDA-I, NIC, NOC and CIPE were used. As theoretical reference was
applied the Self-Care Theory conceived by Dorothea Elizabeth Orem, associating the
study with the author’s ideas. The results were presented according to the nursing
process based on Resolution 358/2009 of the Federal Nursing Council (COFEN),
and after analysis were determined 10 diagnoses, interventions and results based on
taxonomies. The use of taxonomies systematizes care, making them essential for the
uniformity of the scientific language used by nursing, which contributes to improve
the quality of care provided in health services. When coupled with Dorothea Elizabeth
Orem’s self-care theories it becomes possible to awaken critical thinking by rethinking
the importance of nursing care by developing a self-care capacity, taking into account
the individuality of each person to arise in them, the sense of human dignity.
