TENDÊNCIAS DO MERCADO DE TRABALHO DO SERVIÇO SOCIAL BRASILEIRO NA ENTRADA DO SÉCULO XXI: aproximações iniciais aos indicadores nacionais, estaduais e regionais
O artigo objetiva discutir as tendências do mercado de trabalho do Serviço Social brasileiro na entrada do século XXI no contexto da expansão dos serviços sociais e da precarização do mundo do trabalho e do exercício profissional dos assistentes sociais. Metodologicamente recorre a pesquisa bibliográfica através do mapeamento de estudos publicados em livros, revistas acadêmico-científicas na área de Serviço Social, teses e dissertações disponíveis na plataforma CAPES. Os resultados apontam para construção de uma “nova cultura do trabalho” e para o “binômio expansão – precarização dos serviços sociais” que impactam nas condições objetivas e subjetivas do trabalho do assistente social na entrada do novo século.

Abstract:
The article aims to discuss the labor market trends of the Brazilian Social work at the beginning of the 21st century in the context of the expansion of social services and the precariousness of the world of work and the professional practice of social workers. Methodologically, it uses bibliographic research through the mapping of studies published in books, academic-scientific journals in the area of Social Work, theses and dissertations available on the CAPES platform. The results point to the construction of a "new culture of work" and to the "binomial expansion - precariousness of social services" that impact on the objective and subjective conditions of the social worker's work at the beginning of the new century.
