TENDÊNCIAS DE MUDANÇAS EM UM CURSO DE GRADUAÇÃO EM FISIOTERAPIA DE ALAGOAS
As Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais dos Cursos de Graduação em Fisioterapia (DCN/Fisioterapia) trouxeram consigo alterações relevantes quanto às concepções de formação e do processo ensino-aprendizagem. As estratégias de implementação das diretrizes encontram-se em construção e ainda obedecem às peculiaridades de cada Instituição de Ensino Superior (IES), permeáveis às percepções dos diferentes atores envolvidos no processo e ao contexto político-econômico local. Este estudo traz como objetivo identificar as tendências de mudanças em um curso de graduação em Fisioterapia de Alagoas, em direção ao preconizado pelas DCN/Fisioterapia. Para coleta de dados utilizou-se o Método da Roda, que avalia a percepção dos atores sociais da escola acerca do seu programa curricular. Para o grupo, o curso avaliado possui tipologia de mudança Inovadora com Tendência Tradicional, demonstrando poucos avanços em direção à incorporação dos referenciais das DCN/Fisioterapia e importantes nós críticos que dificultam a implementação das mudanças preconizadas. O exercício da auto-avaliação, ao possibilitar reflexão sobre fortalezas e fragilidades do curso, oferece subsídios para o planejamento estratégico das ações, revelando-se como importante indutor de mudanças de um ensino de qualidade.

Abstract:
The National Curriculum Guidelines for Undergraduate Physiotherapy (NCG/ Physiotherapy) can bring about significant changes to the concepts of both training and teaching-learning process. Strategies for implementation of the guidelines are under construction and still obey the peculiarities of each Institution of Higher Education (IHE) permeable to the perceptions of the different actors involved in the process and the local political-economical context. This study aims to identify the changing trends in an undergraduate course in Physical Therapy, in the state of Alagoas, in accordance with the NCG/Physiotherapy. For data collection, the Wheel method was used, which evaluates the perception of the school stakeholders about the curriculum. For the group, the course was found to be in the Innovative-Changing Typology, with Traditional Trends, showing little progress toward the incorporation of the NCG/Physiotherapy references and important critical rubs that hinder the implementation of recommended changes. The exercise of self-assessment provides grants for strategic planning of actions as it both enables the reflection on the strengths and weaknesses of the course and reveals itself as an important inducer of changes in quality education.
