TENDÊNCIAS DAS PRODUÇÕES CIENTÍFICAS SOBRE OS CENTROS DE ATENÇÃO PSICOSSOCIAL INFANTOJUVENIL NO BRASIL: ESTADO DA ARTE
No Brasil, o sistema nacional de saúde é garantido pela constituição. Contudo,
dificuldades de acesso aos serviços, estratégias que atendam as demandas de
indivíduos com transtornos do neurodesenvolvimento graves, bem como os
aspectos sociodemográficos dessas famílias dificultam a concretização desse
direito. Com a finalidade de sanar essa carência de atendimento, os Centros de
Atenção Psicossocial(CAPS) são criados com a missão de fornecer respostas
efetivas às demandas de uma população com comprometimentos graves de
saúde mental. Todavia, somente uma em cada cinco crianças ou adolescentes
recebe o atendimento adequado devido à insuficiente disponibilidade dos
serviços especializados e à deficiência de distribuição dos centros. Tal situação
pode ser atribuída à ausência de investimentos políticos, somada à falta de
recursos humanos que garanta profissionais de saúde de formações distintas.
O presente capítulo trata de uma revisão integrativa da produção de textos
científicos referentes ao CAPSi – Centro de Atenção Psicossocial Infantojuvenil
– e análise das temáticas predominantes nesses artigos. A fim de estudar como
são tratadas todas essas questões, foram estudados artigos científicos do
Portal CAPES(Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior)
baseando-se no descritor CAPSi e focando num intervalo de publicação
específico. Após a seleção dos artigos, pode-se concluir que além da pouca
literatura existente no Portal, a temática não tem sido estudada
exaustivamente, ficando primariamente focada em perfis dos usuários,
articulações intersetoriais, a busca pelo diagnóstico e tratamento e, finalmente,
atendimento a adolescentes usuários de substâncias psicoativas. As
recomendações de atendimentos individuais e investimentos na construção de
redes de apoio social e comunitárias podem contribuir para nortear o
desenvolvimento de novas reflexões e ações, bem como de construir futuras
investigações.

Abstract:
In Brazil, the national health system is guaranteed by the constitution. However, difficulties in service access, building strategies that meet the demands of individuals with severe disorders, as well as the sociodemographic aspects of these families, make it difficult to enact their rights. To mitigate this lack of care, CAPS are created with the mission of giving effective responses to the demands of a population with severe mental disorders. However, only one in five children receives adequate care due to the insufficient availability of specialized services and the distribution of CAPS i - Center for Psychosocial Care for Children and Adolescents. These issues can be attributed to the absence of political investments and to the lack of human resources, mainly health professionals with different backgrounds. In addition to the recommendation of care in an individual basis, construction of social support networks and practices to improve effective treatment behaviors, contributing to the development of new insights and actions, as well as building future investigations. In order to study how all these issues are dealt with, scientific articles from the CAPES Portal were studied, based on the CAPS descriptor and focusing on a specific publication interval. This chapter deals with an integrative review of the production of scientific texts related to CAPS i and analysis of the predominant themes in the articles. The goal is to analyze texts related to the CAPS i and their content. After the selection of articles, it can be concluded that besides there are few existing literature on the Portal, their content does not show many variations, mainly user's profile, intersectoral articulations, search for diagnosis and treatment and assistance to adolescent users of psychoactive substances.
