TENDÊNCIA DO CRESCIMENTO DO VALOR DA PRODUÇÃO ANIMAL NOS ESCRITÓRIOS DE DESENVOLVIMENTO RURAL DO ESTADO DE SÃO PAULO
A produção animal tem relevante participação no valor da produção agropecuária do estado de São Paulo. As regiões do estado apresentam diferentes características de produção animal verificado nas especializações produtivas. A distribuição da produção animal pode apresentar heterogeneidade na sua composição alterada ao longo do tempo, apresentando diferentes taxas de crescimento nas diversas regiões dos Escritórios de Desenvolvimento Rural. Desta forma, objetivo deste trabalho foi verificar o comportamento do valor da produção animal em momentos distintos, bem como a tendência de crescimento nos Escritórios de Desenvolvimento Rural do estado de São Paulo. As variáveis de estudo foram o valor da produção dos produtos de origem animal, carne bovina, carne de frango, carne suína, leite bovino e ovos de galinha. As unidades de estudo foram cada uma das quarenta regiões administrativas dos Escritórios de Desenvolvimento Rural do estado de São Paulo entre o ano de 2007 e 2016. Apresentou-se a estatística descritiva, verificou-se alterações no comportamento das variáveis pelo teste não paramétrico de Mann-Whitney e a tendência das variáveis de produção animal pela taxa média de crescimento por meio da regressão linear. Concluiu-se que houve poucas alterações na composição produtiva do estado no período com expressivo crescimento do valor da produção animal, sobretudo da carne bovina e carne de frango no período de estudo.

Abstract:
Animal production plays a relevant role in the value of agricultural production in the state of São Paulo. The regions of the state present different characteristics of animal production verified in the productive specializations. The distribution of animal production may show heterogeneity in its composition, altered over time, with different growth rates in the different regions of the Offices of Rural Development. Thus, the objective of this work was to verify the behavior of the value of animal production at different times, as well as the growth trend in the Rural Development Offices in the state of São Paulo. The study variables were the production value of animal products, beef, chicken, pork, bovine milk and chicken eggs. The study units were each of the forty administrative regions of the Rural Development Offices in the state of São Paulo between 2007 and 2016. Descriptive statistics were presented, alterations in the behavior of the variables were verified by the non-parametric Mann-Whitney test and the tendency of the animal production variables by the average growth rate by means of linear regression. It was concluded that there were few changes in the productive composition of the state in the period with a significant increase in the value of animal production, especially beef and chicken during the study period.
