Este artigo pretende trazer algumas reflexões sobre o contexto singular que estamos vivendo como tempo de pandemia e seu desdobramento sobre a instituição escolar no Brasil. Este desdobramento implica a novas formas de ensinar e aprender, os estudantes  e docentes em suas casas, familias tornam-se fundamentais neste novo contexto.  A reflexão trazida faz uma revisão de literatura nos artigos cientificos.  As análises evidenciam o reforço de mecanismos disciplinares, o crescimento das desigualdades e Enfatiza que qualquer implementação de uma modalidade educacional deve ter como ponto de partida a qualidade da aprendizagem do aluno.

• Abstract:

  This article intends to bring some reflections on the singular context that we are living as a time of pandemic and its unfolding on the school institution in Brazil. This development implies new ways of teaching and learning, students and teachers in their homes, families become fundamental in this new context. The reflection brought up makes a literature review in scientific articles. The analyzes show the reinforcement of disciplinary mechanisms, the growth of inequalities and Emphasizes that any implementation of an educational modality must have as a starting point the quality of student learning.
