TEMPESTADE OU TEMPO FIRME: ANÁLISE HISTÓRICA E POLÍTICA SOBRE A PRESENÇA DE DEMOCRACIA NO BRASIL
Evidentemente muito do que existe hoje não é como um dia já foi e nem mesmo como um dia será. Mudanças fazem parte de qualquer processo evolutivo, do mais simples ao mais complexo, e naturalmente a democracia também passou e passa por ações de alterações.
É essencial entender que a história do Brasil enfrenta momentos frágeis e problemáticos em excesso desde seu início, e, que ainda na época atual, somos influenciados por não possuirmos devido conhecimento de nossas raízes e heranças históricas. De maneira não eventual, presenciamos cada vez mais uma comunidade desinteressada e leiga em quaisquer que sejam os aspectos políticos, principalmente ao observarmos a nossa juventude. As gerações que se levantam hoje são os próximos médicos, policiais, bombeiros, vereadores, deputados e presidentes do país. Todavia, é possível perceber uma enorme apatia por um dos setores que movem a sociedade, a política em sua totalidade.
É indubitável que a vida do ser humano é cercada por política no abrir olhos de manhã cedo até o adormecer, por isso, é extremamente alarmante a maneira como as pessoas lidam com a presente conjuntura na qual vivem. Claramente passamos por momentos turbulentos e de mudanças, sejam elas positivas ou negativas, onde está gradativamente pior expor qualquer tipo de opinião ou pensamento, independentemente de partido, lado ou posicionamento. Além de que, o cenário político atual no Brasil contribui para certo nível de confusão e falta de entendimento. Levando isso em consideração, surge o problema: De que forma nós, cidadãos, contribuímos com as mudanças que ocorrem no país e lidamos com os momentos de estabilidade e instabilidade, sobre os quais a democracia brasileira passou ou passa?
Objetivou-se, desta maneira, analisar e entender como o Brasil, em uma linha de tempo histórica, compreende e lida com a democracia a partir do levantamento bibliográfico, entrevistas com especialistas da área e debates com o corpo discente do ensino médio de escolas públicas e privadas. De posse de resultados parciais, percebeu-se nos debates, por parte dos alunos, um grande desconhecimento, indiferença e mesmo desprezo, no que tange a vida e a história política do país. Quanto aos especialistas, verificou-se um equilíbrio de opinião acerca de uma estabilidade democrática ou não, porém todos concordaram que realmente há uma grande falta de interesse da sociedade sobre o tema, principalmente dos mais jovens. Contudo, debates e levantamentos constantes são necessários para o entendimento do momento político nacional, levando-se em consideração a relevância do tema no cotidiano e na atualidade.

Abstract:
Evidently, much of what exists today is not like what it once was and not even what one day will be. Changes are part of any evolutionary process, from the simplest to the most complex, and naturally the democracy also went and goes through change actions. It is essencial to understand that the history of Brazil faces too much fragile and problematic moments since its beginning, and, that still in the current time, we are influenced for not having due knowledge of our roots and historical inheritances. In a not eventual way, we witness more and more a community uninterested and lay in whatever the political aspects, especially if we observe our youth. The rising generations are the next doctors, police officers, firemen, city councilors, deputies and presidents of the country. However, it is possible to perceive an enormous apathy for one of the sector that move society, the policy in its entirety. It is undoubted that the human life is surrounded by politics from the opening eyes in the early morning to falling sleep, therefore, it is extremely alarming the way that people deal with the present conjuncture in which they live. Evidently we go through moments of turbulence and changes, whether positive or negative, where it is gradually worse to expose any kind of opinion or thought, regardless of party, side or positioning. Furthermore, the current political scenario in Brazil contributes for a certain level of confusion and lack of understanding. Taking this into consideration, the problem arises: In what way do we, citizens, contribute to the changes that happen in our country and deal with the moments of stability and instability, over which the brazilian democracy went through or goes through? Aimed, in this way, analyzing and understanding how does Brazil, on a historic timeline, understands and deals with democracy as of bibliographic survey, interviews with area experts and debates with the high school faculty from both private and public schools. In the possession of partial results, it was noticed in the debates, by most students, a great unfamiliarity, indifference and even contempt, regarding the political life and history of the country. As for the experts, it was found a balance of opinion about a democratic stability or not, however everyone agreed that there is really a great lack of society’s interest on the topic, especially among the youngest. However, debates and constant surveys are necessary for the understanding of the nacional political moment, taking into consideration the relevance of the topic in the day-to-day and in the present time.
