TEMÁTICAS AMBIENTAIS PRESENTES EM FEIRA CIENTÍFICA RIBEIRINHA NA AMAZÔNIA
A participação de alunos e professores nas Feiras de Ciências vem crescendo de forma significativa nas escolas ribeirinhas da Amazônia Paraense. Nesse sentido, as feiras constituem-se como culminância de um processo de estudo, investigação e produção que tem por objetivo a educação científica dos estudantes. Neste estudo, têm-se as questões ambientais como uma temática muito presente em eventos dessa natureza. Esta pesquisa tem por objetivo investigar as tendências e discussões que dizem respeito às temáticas ambientais presentes nos projetos apresentados na I Feira Científica do Sistema Modular de Ensino (I FECCSIM). A feira foi realizada pela comunidade ribeirinha de Igarapé-Miri, município do Estado do Pará em dezembro de 2012. Após leitura dos relatórios de pesquisa e visitas aos estandes, organizou-se os dados em categorias de áreas e temáticas ambientais, seguindo orientações de Análise de Conteúdo. Trinta e um projetos de pesquisa foram apresentados na feira científica. E os resultados apontam que as questões ambientais aparecem nas áreas de Ciências Naturais, Exatas e Humanas com foco em: flora e fauna amazônicas, sustentabilidade, produção de energia, coleta e reciclagem de lixo, ambiente e cultura, tratamento da água, poluição sonora e alimentos regionais. As temáticas revelam problemas ambientais vivenciados pelos estudantes na região amazônica e estão relacionadas aos assuntos discorridos no currículo escolar. Assim, as referidas temáticas devem ser estimuladas em outras áreas

Abstract:
The participation of students and teachers in the Science Fairs has been growing significantly at the riverside schools of the Paraense Amazonian. In this sense, the fairs constitute as culmination of a study process, investigation and production that aims the scientific education of the students. In this research, we’ve environmental issues as a very present thematic in events of this nature. This research aims to investigate the trends and discussion about environmental thematics present in the projects presented at the First Scientific Fair of Modular Education System (ISFMES), (I FECCSIM for its acronym in Portuguese). The fair was held by riverside community of Igarapé-Miri, municipality of the Pará State in December, 2012. After reading of research reports and visits to the stands, we’ve organised the data in categories of areas and environmental thematics following orientations of the Content Analysis. Thirty-one research projects were presented at the scientific fair. The results show that environmental issues appears in the areas of Natural Sciences, Exacts and Humanities with focus on: Amazonian fauna and flora, sustainability, energy production, collection and recycling trash, environment and culture, water treatment, noise pollution and regional food. The thematics show environmental problems lived by students in the Amazonian region and are relationed to the matters discussed in the school curriculum. Therefore, these thematics must be stimuled in other areas
