TECNOLOGIAS EM SAÚDE UTILIZADAS COMO FERRAMENTAS PARA MITIGAÇÃO DA VIOLÊNCIA CONTRA O IDOSO: UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA
Resumo
Objetivo: discutir estratégias do uso do telecuidado na prevenção da violência e o abuso contra a pessoa idosa. Metodologia: trata-se de uma revisão integrativa de literatura, baseada na utilização dos Descritores em Saúde: Idoso, Violência, Tecnologia, Aplicativos Móveis e Cuidador. Através das bases de dados Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), National Library of Medicine PubMed, Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE) e Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde. Sendo incluídos artigos originais na íntegra, publicados nos idiomas português, inglês e espanhol, entre de 2017 a 2021. Resultados: A amostra final apontou que apesar de existirem tecnologias como aplicativos e softwares, voltadas à população idosa, não foram encontrados estudos específicos voltados para a prevenção da violência contra o idoso. Discussão: A análise demonstrou que o envelhecimento é permeado por alterações físicas, cognitivas, emocionais e sociais, que eventualmente associam-se com atos violentos, sendo na maioria das vezes provocados pelo familiar cuidador. Em relação aos aplicativos, apesar da não especificidade com a temática, devem ser baseados na acessibilidade, considerando as alterações cognitivas, emocionais e físicas s do envelhecimento. E a principal forma de minimizar os atos violentos, é fortalecer a atuação das redes de apoio, tanto familiares, como sociais e de saúde. Considerações Finais: reforça-se a necessidade de novas pesquisas que tragam diversificação no desenvolvimento de tecnologias focadas na prevenção ao abuso e violência contra o idoso.

Abstract
Objective: to discuss strategies for the use of telecare to prevent violence and abuse against the elderly. Methodology: this is an integrative literature review, based on the use of Health Descriptors: Elderly, Violence, Technology, Mobile Applications and Caregiver. Through the Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), National Library of Medicine PubMed, Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE) and Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences databases. Original articles were included in full, published in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, between 2017 and 2021. Results: The final sample pointed out that although there are technologies such as applications and software, aimed at the elderly population, no specific studies were found aimed at the prevention of violence against the elderly. Discussion: The analysis showed that aging is permeated by physical, cognitive, emotional and social changes, which are eventually associated with violent acts, most often caused by the family caregiver. Regarding the applications, despite the non-specificity with the theme, they should be based on accessibility, considering the cognitive, emotional, and physical changes of aging. And the main way to minimize violent acts is to strengthen the performance of support networks, both family, social and health. Final Considerations: the need for new research that brings diversification in the development of technologies focused on the prevention of abuse and violence against the elderly is reinforced.
