Abstract: Objective: To analyze the care technologies adopted for the safety of critically ill patients during intra-hospital transfer, published between 2009 and 2019. Methodology: The research was developed through an integrative review, which followed Whittemore and Knalf's five stages. Searches were carried out in the Pubmed/Medline, Scopus, Cinahl, Lilacs and Bdenf databases with the help of EndNote software, a bibliographic reference manager. Results: Of the 76 articles found, eight were eligible. The main care technologies found for the safety of critically ill patients during intra-hospital transfer were: a checklist, a time control system for the safe transfer of patients and the implementation of a preventive program (SecurEx) to identify possible incidents and know how to avoid them. Conclusion: The use of care technologies helps to reduce incidents and adverse events, as well as promoting the safe transfer of critically ill patients. Contributions to nursing practice: The use of these technologies favors safe nursing care for patients and promotes quality care.
