TECNOLOGIAS DA INFORMAÇÃO E COMUNICAÇÃO (TICS) EM SALA DE AULA: UM ESTUDO EM UMA ESCOLA MUNICIPAL DO NOROESTE FLUMINENSE.
A Era tecnológica que se configura nos dias atuais proporcionou mudanças significativas na vida em sociedade e em suas formas de interação em todas as esferas, sendo a escola uma delas. O presente estudo surge da necessidade de compreender a relação dos docentes com as TICs, avaliando sua extensão, presença e formas de uso em sala de aula. Para tanto, foi realizada uma investigação com professores da rede municipal de ensino de uma escola do Noroeste Fluminense através de pesquisa de caráter qualitativo e quantitativo por meio de questionário eletrônico. Os resultados indicaram que as TICs estão presentes na sala de aula, porém ainda pouco frequente e integrada o que realça as barreiras enfrentadas nesse processo e evidencia a necessidade de capacitação dos professores para mediação desta relação. Conclui-se assim que o sucesso da utilização de tecnologias em sala de aula, dentre outros fatores, centra-se na relação entre o docente e as inovações no processo de ensino aprendizagem.

Abstract:
The technological Age that is configured today has brought about significant changes in society life and its forms of interaction in all spheres, school is also one of them. The present study arises from the need to understand the relationship between teachers and ICTs, assessing their extent, presence and forms of use in classroom. Therefore, an investigation was carried out with teachers from a municipal school of the Northwest of Rio de Janeiro using qualitative and quantitative methods through an electronic questionnaire. The results indicated that ICTs are present in the classroom, however they are still infrequent and not integrated, which highlights the barriers faced in this process and the need for teacher training to mediate this relationship. It is concluded that the successful use of technologies in the classroom, among other factors, focuses on the relationship between the teacher and the innovations in the teaching-learning process.
