TECNOLOGIA E INOVAÇÃO PARA A GESTÃO EM SAÚDE: O DESENVOLVIMENTO DE UMA PLATAFORMA DIGITAL
Este estudo teve como objetivo analisar as principais evidências sobre plataformas digitais para contribuir para melhoria das práticas gerenciais e assistenciais na gestão em saúde. METODOLOGIA: Revisão Integrativa da literatura, baseada nas seis fases estabelecidas por Mendes, Silveira e Galvão. A busca realizou-se na PubMed/Medline (Public Medical Literature Analysis Online/Medical Literature Analysis and Retrievel System Online), Scopus e Web of Science (WOS), em outubro de 2021. RESULTADOS: Selecionou-se 25 artigos para análise e elaboração da matriz de síntese. DISCUSSÃO: As tecnologias digitais permitem que os médicos e os pacientes façam contribuição para a melhoria de sua saúde, permitindo-lhes gerenciá-la por meio de tecnologias digitais em saúde, sendo necessária uma rede baseada no acesso à internet e a tecnologias em saúde, além da conscientização do uso da alfabetização digital. CONCLUSÃO: Diante das evidências científicas encontradas nesse estudo, foram demonstradas muitas experiências em desenvolvimento, bem como lacunas na regulação e questões éticas. Com efeito, esta revisão explicita lacunas na melhoria das tecnologias digitais usando uma plataforma digital para atingirá a cobertura universal de sistema de saúde de forma sistêmica e integrada. As plataformas digitais em saúde são usadas nos sistemas de saúde para o alcance da cobertura universal nos países, mas ainda de forma descentralizada e incipiente.

Abstract:
The study aims to analyze the main evidence on digital platforms to contribute to the improvement of management and care practices in health management. METHODOLOGY: Integrative review of the literature, which is based on the six phases established by Mendes, Silveira and Galvão. The search was conducted in the Databases PubMed/Medline (Public Medical Literature Analysis Online/Medical Literature Analysis and Retrievel System Online), Scopus and Web of Science (WOS), in October 2021. RESULTS: Twenty-five articles were selected for analysis and elaboration of the synthesis matrix. DISCUSSION: Digital technologies allow physicians and patients to make a contribution to improving their health, enabling them to manage it through digital health technologies, and a network based on internet access and health technologies is needed, as well as awareness of use and digital literacy. CONCLUSION: Given the scientific evidence found in this study, many experiences in development were demonstrated, as well as gaps in regulation and ethical issues. With this, this review explains gaps in the improvement of digital technologies using a digital platform to achieve universal health system coverage in a systemic and integrated way. Digital health platforms are used in health systems to achieve universal coverage in countries, but still in a decentralized and incipient way.
