TECNICISMO DOS ANOS DE 1970: UM PARALELO DOS SEUS DETERMINANTES POLÍTICOS E SOCIAIS NA EDUCAÇÃO DA ATUALIDADE
Com o artigo tem-se por objetivo
estabelecer um comparativo das bases dos
determinantes políticos e sociais da Pedagogia
Tecnicista dos anos de 1970 com a atualidade
brasileira. Utiliza-se metodologia essencialmente
bibliográfica. A questão norteadora do estudo
compreende a verificação nas políticas públicas
atuais princípios semelhante aos que nortearam
a educação nos anos de 1970. Conclui que
existem semelhanças entre o período de
vigência do tecnicismo nos anos 1970 e a
educação na atualidade, apontando para um
neotecnicismo.

Abstract:
This article aims to establish a
comparison of the bases of the political and
social determinants of Brasil’s Technicist
Pedagogy in the years of 1970 with the present.
An essentially bibliographic methodology was
used in the research. The guiding question of the
study comprises the verification, in the current
public policies, of similar principles to those
that guided the education in the years of 1970.
It concludes that there are similarities between
the period of validity of the technicalism in the
years 1970 and the education now, pointing to a
neotechnicism.
