TÉCNICA RESTAURADORA DIRETA-INDIRETA EM RESINA COMPOSTA PARA LESÃO CERVICAL NÃO CARIOSA: RELATO DE CASO
A presença das lesões cervicais não cariosas (LCNC) nos consultórios odontológicos tem se tornado frequente. Embora relacionadas a mudanças no estilo de vida, as LCNC possuem etiologia complexa e multifatorial. Definidas pela perda patológica, lenta e irreversível da estrutura dental, sem envolvimento bacteriano, estão frequentemente associadas a hipersensibilidade dentinária. Dependendo da quantidade de tecido dental perdido a restauração estética-funcional torna-se necessária. No entanto, restaurar as LCNC pela técnica restauradora direta pode ser um desafio para o cirurgião-dentista devido à proximidade do término da restauração com a margem gengival e dificuldade de se obter um adequado polimento de todas as margens da restauração. Assim, o uso da resina composta pela técnica restauradora direta-indireta torna-se uma alternativa restauradora que supera as limitações da técnica adesiva direta convencional. Desta forma, o presente artigo tem como objetivo apresentar um relato de caso clínico onde o restabelecimento estético e funcional das lesões cervicais não cariosas foi realizado através da técnica restauradora direta-indireta, após a identificação e eliminação dos fatores etiológicos envolvidos.

Abstract:
The presence of non-carious cervical lesions (LCNC) in dental offices has become frequent. Although related to changes in lifestyle, LCNCs have a complex and multifactorial etiology. Defined by pathological, slow and irreversible loss of dental structure, without bacterial involvement, they are often associated with dentin hypersensitivity. Depending on the amount of dental tissue lost, aesthetic-functional restoration becomes necessary. However, restoring the LCNCs using the direct restorative technique can be a challenge for the dental surgeon due to the proximity of the end of the restoration to the gingival margin and the difficulty of obtaining an adequate polishing of all the restoration margins. Thus, the use of resin composed by the direct-indirect restorative technique becomes a restorative alternative that overcomes the limitations of the conventional direct adhesive technique. Thus, the present article aims to present a clinical case report in which the aesthetic and functional restoration of non-carious cervical lesions was performed using the direct-indirect restorative technique, after the identification and elimination of the etiological factors involved.
