TAXONOMIAS DE ENFERMAGEM E A CIPE PARA O PROCESSO DE ENFERMAGEM À LUZ DA TEORIA DE VIRGÍNIA HENDERSON: RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
Na prática da Enfermagem, existem
vários sistemas de classificação, fornecendo uma
linguagem padronizada entre os profissionais,
viabilizando o crescimento de cohecimentos
e fornecendo indicadores da qualidade dos
cuidados ofertados. Para tal, utiliza-se o
Processo de Enfermagem, que corrobora a
utilização, pelos profissionais de Enfermagem
de sistemas de classificações de diagnósticos,
intervenções e resultados ancorados num
aporte teórico, a exemplo da Teoria de Virgínia
Henderson. Objetivou-se relatar a experiência
com o Processo de Enfermagem aplicando as
principais taxonomias de Enfermagem NANDA,
NIC e NOC e a CIPE, utilizando o modelo
teórico metodológico de Virginia Henderson
para avaliar as necessidades fundamentais do
paciente Trata-se de um estudo descritivo, do
tipo relato experiência realizado pelos alunos
do quarto período do curso de Enfermagem
da Universidade Federal do Piauí elaborado
no contexto da disciplina Metodologia da
Assistência de Enfermagem. Foi realizado em
um paciente clínico internado em um hospital
de referência do interior o Piauí por meio da
aplicação do Processo de Enfermagem e
avaliação das quatorze Necessidades Humanas
Básicas (NHB) de Virgínia Henderson. Os
quadros construídos a partir dos dados obtidos
durante o PE permitiram identificar, planejar e
avaliar diagnósticos, intervenções e resultados
de enfermagem, respectivamente, de acordo
com as Taxonomias de Enfermagem NANDA,
NIC e NOC e a CIPE. Além de avaliar as
necessidades do paciente de acordo com as
14 necessidades fundamentais de Virgínia
Henderson, proporcionou maior entendimento
com as reais necessidades do paciente e
suscitou maior qualidade e efetividade na
assistência de enfermagem realizada.

Abstract:
In Nursing practice, there are
several classification systems, providing a
standardized language among professionals,
enabling the growth of knowledge and providing indicators of the quality of care
offered. To do so, the Nursing Process is used, which corroborates the use by nursing
professionals of diagnostic classification systems, interventions and results anchored
in a theoretical contribution, such as the Henderson Theory. The objective was to report
the experience with the Nursing Process applying the main taxonomies of Nursing
NANDA, NIC and NOC and the CIPE, using the Virginia Henderson methodological
theoretical model to evaluate the patient’s fundamental needs. This is a descriptive
study, report of the experience carried out by the students of the fourth period of
the Nursing course of the Federal University of Piauí elaborated in the context of
the discipline Nursing Assistance Methodology. It was performed in a clinical patient
hospitalized in a reference hospital in the interior of Piauí through the application of the
Nursing Process and evaluation of the fourteen Basic Human Needs (NHB) of Virginia
Henderson. the tables constructed from the data obtained during the EP allowed to
identify, plan and evaluate nursing diagnoses, interventions and results, respectively,
according to the NANDA, NIC and NOC Nursing Taxonomies and the CIPE. In addition
to assessing the patient’s needs according to the key needs of Virginia Henderson.
provided greater understanding with the real needs of the patient and raised higher
quality and effectiveness in nursing care.
