SUSTENTABILIDADE NO PATRIMÔNIO HISTÓRICO: ESTUDO DO VIÉS SUSTENTÁVEL NAS VERTENTES ECONÔMICA, SOCIAL E AMBIENTAL.
O tema discutido nessa pesquisa trata-se da análise dos estudos do viés sustentável ao patrimônio histórico através de uma revisão bibliográfica sobre a temática. Embora a maioria das edificações históricas serem tombadas e com isso serem privadas de qualquer intervenção mesmo quando se trata de uma intervenção que esteja próxima de uma contribuição para o desenvolvimento sustentável, é necessário adotar políticas que favoreçam medidas econômicas sustentáveis e ambientais no patrimônio histórico para que possa gerar um retorno positivo desse bem em pontos positivos para a cidade. Tem como principal objetivo relatar através de uma revisão bibliográfica a inserção da intervenção sustentável nos patrimônios históricos com possibilidade para melhorias e aplicação das vertentes sustentáveis, que esse estudo possa a ser de extrema importância contribuir com pesquisas posteriores envolvendo a temática do desenvolvimento sustentável no patrimônio histórico. A metodologia utilizada para o desenvolvimento do estudo foi essencialmente a pesquisa bibliográfica para conhecimento teórico. As fontes utilizadas nesse trabalho foram em princípio a leitura de livros específicos sobre a temática. Assim, o trabalho pretendeu elucidar aspectos importantes sobre a questão da proteção desses bens materiais, suas práticas e ações, levantando um histórico desses objetos arquitetônicos que integram a composição arquitetônica destes edifícios e ressaltando a importância de sua preservação para a memória.

Abstract:
The theme discussed in this research is the analysis of the studies of the sustainable bias to the historical patrimony through a bibliographic review on the theme. Although the majority of historic buildings are listed and thus are deprived of any intervention even when it is an intervention that is close to a contribution to sustainable development, it is necessary to adopt policies that favor sustainable and environmental economic measures in the historical heritage so that can generate a positive return on this asset in positive points for the city. Its main objective is to report through a bibliographic review the insertion of sustainable intervention in historical heritage with the possibility for improvements and application of sustainable aspects, that this study may be of extreme importance to contribute to further research involving the theme of sustainable development in historical heritage.The methodology used for the development of the study was essentially the literature search for theoretical knowledge. The sources used in this work were in principle the reading of specific books on the subject. Thus, the work aimed to elucidate important aspects on the issue of the protection of these material goods, their practices and actions, raising a history of these architectural objects that integrate the architectural composition of these buildings and emphasizing the importance of their preservation for memory.
