SUPPORT GROUP IN THE EXTENDED CLINIC FOR POP CENTER USERS
Com o aumento da população em situação de rua, no contexto de Foz do Iguaçu, verifica-se comprometimentos em vários âmbitos da saúde. Suas formas de sobrevivências envolvem o estigma sofrido por suas presenças em meio ao público, a insalubridade, insegurança e outras variáveis prejudiciais. Devido a isso, essa pesquisa de caráter qualitativo teve como objetivo realizar um grupo de apoio heterogêneo e aberto com a função de troca de experiências e reflexões aos usuários do Centro de Referência Especializado de Atendimento à População em Situação de Rua (Centro POP) de Foz do Iguaçu. Outro objetivo foi verificar se existe adesão para essa proposta de suporte e cuidado. Foram realizados dez encontros, os quais totalizaram 33 participantes. Os instrumentos utilizados para a coleta foram: registro dos encontros e dinâmicas de interação. Os principais temas que repercutiram durante os grupos foram: família, a vivência na rua, drogadição, oportunidade de trabalho, motivação e enfrentamento das situações do cotidiano. Dados obtidos apontam para a relevância de intervenções grupais, principalmente na área da saúde e no social, além de instigar futuras investigações focadas para essa população que utiliza os serviços do Centro POP, como auxílio na redução de danos, moradia, acompanhamento psiquiátrico e psicológico, tendo como base essas carestias repercutidas durantes os encontros. Considera-se que esse tipo de intervenção possibilita uma maneira de resgatar a existência da individualidade e humanidade dessa população em situação de rua, os quais têm experiências de vida e possibilidade de contribuir na sociedade.

Abstract:
With the increase in the population living on the streets, in the context of Foz do Iguaçu, there are compromises in various areas of health. Their forms of survival involve the stigma suffered by their presence among the public, unhealthiness, insecurity and other harmful variables. Objective to this, this qualitative research aimed to carry out a heterogeneous and open support group with the function of exchanging experiences and reflections to the users of the Specialized Reference Center for Assistance to the Homeless Population (POP Center) of Foz do Iguaçu. Another objective was to verify whether there is adherence to this support and care proposal. Ten meetings were held, which totaled 33 participants. The instruments used for the collection were: registration of meetings and interaction dynamics. The main themes that reverberated during the groups were: family, living on the street, drug addiction, job opportunities, motivation and coping with everyday hypotheses. Collected data point to an exclusion of groups of interventions, mainly in the health and social areas, in addition to instigating future investigations focused on this population that uses the services of the POP Center, as an aid in harm reduction, housing, psychiatric and psychological monitoring , based on these needs reflected during the meetings. It is considered that this type of intervention provides a way to rescue the existence of the individuality and population of this homeless population, who have life experience and the possibility of contributing to society.
