Abstract: This problem compromise the students´ school education. In this pandemic context, we analyze the information and the data, considering that some students are not supposed to be involved in a literacy environment and then we noticed the importance, the necessity of training teachers according to Ferreiro´s and Teberosky´s teaching (1999). They say that the learner can formulate hypotheses related to alphabetical system, represented in the pre-syllabic levels, syllabic without conventional sound value, syllabic with conventional sound value and alphabetical syllabic until the alphabetical base. These levels can be identified on periodic surveys. It´s important to say that in each of these levels the students can present knowledge and what they need to learn how to be literate. We know and we consider the teachers´ training needs from Early Years. These teachers are supposed to drawing up and implementing training and supervision projects capable of supporting the development of professional and specific knowledge, that is, teaching professionalism, according to Silva (2018) and so to establish the following objectives: 1)Reduce the number of non-literate students in Tupã Education Board; 2)Train Early Years teachers to establish a literacy and reflective environment that reflects on the writing system; 3)Follow teachers at schools carrying out formative supervision in order to contribute to their professional development. The result of formative supervision indicates that training and monitoring are procedures that favor the improvement of teachers learning and professional qualifications.
