SUPERVISÃO DA PROTEÇÃO RADIOLÓGICA NOS SERVIÇOS DE MEDICINA NUCLEAR NO BRASIL: UM PANORAMA DAS REGIÕES BRASILEIRAS.
A ANVISA e CNEN preveem o
Supervisor de Proteção Radiológica (SPR) ou
Supervisor de Radioproteção, o qual é o “indivíduo
com habilitação de qualificação emitida pela
CNEN, no âmbito de sua atuação, formalmente
designado pelo titular da instalação para assumir
a condução das tarefas relativas às ações de
proteção radiológica na instalação relacionada
àquela prática. Pretende-se demonstrar a
demanda de supervisores em radioproteção
no Brasil, as condições necessárias e exigidas
para qualificação da referida supervisão, com o
intuito de reunir dados suficientes para reflexão
dos Profissionais das Técnicas Radiológicas
com relação a forma de pleitear a capacitação
e tornar-se um SPR. Desta forma, realizouse
um levantamento de dados nas bases
Scopus e BVS, e levantamento estatístico
a partir dos dados disponibilizados no site
oficial da CNEN. Com base no levantamento
estatístico considera-se algumas regiões do
Brasil, carentes de Supervisores de Proteção
Radiológica, tal como Região Norte do país,
especialmente ao analisar os destinados aos
serviços de medicina nuclear. Ao considerar
os requisitos e conteúdos programáticos para
certificação do ofício, nota-se que o Tecnólogo
em Radiologia retrata um excelente profissional
para tal, uma vez que o mesmo possui
conhecimentos mandatórios referente a área,
bem como vivência nesses serviços de atuação.
Espera-se contribuir para o conhecimento
científico, no que tange a busca dos PTR por
capacitação na gestão da proteção radiológica
(SPR) em favor da melhoria na qualidade dos
serviços em geral.

Abstract:
ANVISA and CNEN provide the Radiation Protection Supervisor (SPR) or
Radiation Protection Supervisor, who is the “individual with a qualification qualification
issued by CNEN, within the scope of its performance, formally designated by the
owner of the facility to take over the duties relating to the radiation protection actions
in the installation related to that practice. It is intended to demonstrate the demand
of supervisors in radioprotection in Brazil, the necessary and required conditions
for qualification of said supervision, in order to gather enough data for reflection of
professionals of Radiological Techniques with respect to the form to plead the training
and become an SPR. In this way, a data survey was carried out in the Scopus and
VHL databases, and a statistical survey was made based on the data available on
CNEN’s official website. Based on the statistical survey we consider some regions of
Brazil, lacking Radiological Protection Supervisors, such as the North Region of the
country, especially when analyzing those destined for nuclear medicine services. When
considering the requirements and program contents for certification of the trade, it is
noted that the Technologist in Radiology portrays an excellent professional for such,
since it has mandatory knowledge regarding the area, as well as experience in these
services. It is hoped to contribute to the scientific knowledge, regarding the search of
the PTR for training in the management of radiological protection (SPR) in favor of the
improvement in the quality of services in general.
