SUJEITO DE DIREITOS HUMANOS, SUJEITO DA CULTURA HEBRAICA E SUJEITO EM ALAIN TOURAINE: INTERFACES
Neste artigo, procura-se demonstrar
interfaces possíveis entre a compreensão
de Alain Touraine sobre sujeito e ator/atriz
social, o sujeito profético da cultura hebraica,
especificamente a partir do livro bíblico
de Miquéias 3,8, e o sujeito de direitos
humanos, compreendendo-o situado espacial
e temporalmente. Touraine entende sujeito
como ‘desejo de’, como ‘força para’, como
‘coragem de’ criar e resistir. Enquanto apenas
‘desejo de’, o indivíduo não é ator/atriz. A
passagem de sujeito a ator/atriz se processa
num ato dinâmico de resistência e de criação.
O sujeito profético de Miqueias 3,8, em que o
profeta afirma “estou cheio de força, do direito
e da coragem para ...” e o sujeito de direitos
humanos, que se constitui a partir de lutas
por direitos, ao mesmo tempo, à diferença e à
igualdade, em sociedades multiculturais, podem
ser relacionados com o entendimento de Alain
Touraine sobre sujeito/ator/indivíduo? Esta é
a questão central a ser respondida no artigo.
A metodologia que se emprega é a análise
comparativa entre os escritos de Touraine, a
exegese do texto hebraico e estudos sobre a
constituição do sujeito de direitos humanos em
lutas por direitos à igualdade e à diferença. A
tese central que se procura demonstrar é que
tanto o sujeito profético que se mostra no texto
de Miquéias, o sujeito de direitos humanos e
o sujeito/ator/atriz de Touraine se constituem
numa dinâmica de resistência e de criação.

Abstract:
This article seeks to demonstrate
possible interfaces between Alain Touraine’s
understanding about subject and social actor/
actress, the prophetic subject of Hebrew culture,
specifically from the biblical book of Micah 3,8,
and the subject of human rights, comprehending
him spatially and temporarily situated. Touraine
understands subject as ‘desire for’, as ‘force
for’, as ‘courage to’ create and resist. While only
‘desire for’, the individual is not an actor/actress.
The passage from subject to actor / actress
takes place in a dynamic act of resistance and
creation. The prophetic subject of Micah 3,8, in
which the prophet affirms “I am filled with power,
with justice and with might ...” and the subject
of human rights, which is constituted from struggles for rights, at the same time, for
difference and for equality in multicultural societies can be related to Alain Touraine’s
understanding of subject/actor/individual? This is the central question to be answered
in the article. The methodology used is the comparative analysis between the writings
of Touraine, the exegesis of the Hebrew text and studies on the constitution of the
subject of human rights in struggles for rights to equality and difference. The central
thesis which is sought to demonstrate is that both the prophetic subject showed in the
text of Micah, the subject of human rights and the subject/actor/actress to Touraine
constitute a dynamic of resistance and creation.
