SUCESSÃO GERACIONAL FAMILIAR EM UNIDADES DE PRODUÇÃO AGRÍCOLA
Objetivo deste estudo consiste em uma revisão sistemática de literatura para identificar fatores potenciais que influenciam o processo sucessório em unidades produtivas agrícolas. A análise sistemática foi extraída dos documentos indexados nas plataformas Scopus, Web of Science e Capes, sendo selecionados documentos, cujos conteúdos estão diretamente relacionados ao tema. As buscas ocorreram no período de julho de 2018 e considerando os critérios de exclusão foram selecionados 29 artigos para análise. Os resultados evidenciam à ressalva da produção acadêmica do tema, com maior concentração de publicações nos países da Irlanda e Reino Unido. Em um contexto geral, os estudos destacam a falta de envolvimento dos jovens na renda, na gestão financeira e carência de estruturas físicas nas propriedades como os maiores limitadores da permanência dos mesmos no meio rural. Já em relação aos fatores de contribuição para sucessão familiar rural, têm-se as mudanças nas técnicas de trabalho agrícola, diversificação de produção, relações familiares, envolvimento dos jovens na parte financeira das propriedades, qualificação profissional e envolvimentos das associações e cooperativas, entre outros

Abstract:
The aim of this study is to review the literature system to identify factors that may affect the successive process in agricultural production units. A systematic analysis was extracted from the indexed documents in Scopus, Web of Science and Capes platforms, being selected documents included in the items directly related to the theme. The searches take place in July 2018 and consider the exclusion criteria that 29 articles were selected for analysis. The results show the exception of the academic production of the theme, with a higher concentration of publications in the countries of Ireland and the United Kingdom. In a general context, the studies highlighted the lack of involvement of young people in income, financial management and the lack of chemical structures in the properties as the main limiters of their stay in rural areas. It is already related to factors contributing to rural family succession, changes in agricultural work techniques, diversification, good family relations, participation of young people in the financial part of the properties, professional qualification and involvement of associations and cooperatives.
