Em Biblioteca, Gonçalo M. Tavares fragmenta, em um dos verbetes, as suas próprias perspectivas de leitura sobre o poeta francês André Breton. Nesse texto, o autor afirma que ser duplo não é ser zero, mas hesitar em frente ao espelho é uma possibilidade. Sendo assim, um mesmo indivíduo reagirá a si mesmo, entre titubeações e resoluções, visando refletir sobre a própria existência e a realidade do mundo. É com esse cenário, portanto, que O Senhor Breton e a entrevista se desenrola. Como um dos habitantes de O bairro, Breton vive uma situação dúbia: confabular consigo mesmo em frente ao espelho e refletir retoricamente com o leitor situações críticas do cotidiano no bairro. Dessa forma, o presente texto objetiva analisar a construção da narrativa da obra de Tavares, direcionando-se às contraposições criadas pelo narrador.

Abstract:
In Library, Gonçalo M. Tavares fragments, in one note, the himself perspectives of reading about the French poet André Breton. That text, the author asseverates that to be double isn’t to be zero, but to hesitate in front of the mirror is a possibility. Thus, a same person will react to himself, between hesitations and resolutions, he’s aiming to consider about existence himself and the reality of the world. It’s with this scenery, therefore, The mister Breton and the interview develops. As one resident of The neighborhood, Breton lives a dubious situation: to confabulate with himself in front of the mirror and to think rhetorically with the reader critical everyday situations at the neighborhood. Thus, the present text intends to analyze the construction of the narrative Tavares’ work, it’s addressing the oppositions created by the narrator.
