SUBJETIVIDADE MATERNA: CASOS DE DEPRESSÂO PÓS PARTO ATENDIDOS NO SERVIÇO DE PSICOLOGIA APLICADA DA UFC SOBRAL
Este estudo objetiva analisar os casos
de depressão pós-parto atendidos no serviço de
psicologia da Universidade Federal do Ceará.
O estudo foi feito com todos os documentos das
usuárias com depressão que já foram atendidas
no serviço de 2012 à 2017. Realizou-se uma
pesquisa exploratória descritiva de abordagem
qualitativa, utilizando-se como método de
pesquisa a análise documental. A coleta de
campo aconteceu durante o ano de 2017. O
instrumento utilizado para coleta de dados foi
um questionário estruturado. Os dados foram
interpretados por meio da técnica de análise
do discurso. Com a análise interpretativa dos
resultados, identificou-se o surgimento dos
núcleos de sentidos com uma categoria macro
que subdividiu-se em três fortes enunciados.
A categoria macro encontrada diz respeito da
forma como psicologia compreende os casos
de DPP atendidos no SPA. Os três núcleos
de sentido gerados a partir dessa categoria
macro foram: (1) as intervenções utilizadas
pela psicologia, (2) a interpretação sobre como
a psicologia compreende a mulher com DPP,
encontrando-se a percepção de uma figura
feminina fracassada, culpabilizada, inferior,
submissa e com um modelo ideal de mãe e
mulher a se seguir. O último elemento apontado
foi o da figura opressora de um pai que aparece
na relação com estas mulheres, sejam figuras
construídas a partir de uma correlação que
coloca esta figura feminina num lugar de
submissão, seja por conta de uma cultura
machista que põe a figura do homem num lugar
de dominação diante da figura feminina.

Abstract:
This study aims to analyze the
cases of postpartum depression attended at
the psychology department of the Federal
University of Cearál. The study was done with
all the documents of the users with depression
that were already answered in the service from
2012 to 2017. An exploratory descriptive study
of a qualitative approach was carried out, using
documental analysis as a research method. The
field collection took place during the year 2017.
The instrument used for data collection was a
structured questionnaire. The data were interpreted through the technique of discourse
analysis. With the interpretative analysis of the results, we identified the emergence of
sense nuclei with a macro category that was subdivided into three strong statements.
The macro category found concerns how psychology comprises the cases of PPD
seen in the SPA. The three sense nuclei generated from this macro category were:
(1) the interventions used by psychology, (2) the interpretation of how psychology
comprises the woman with PPD, finding the perception of a female figure failing, inferior,
submissive and with an ideal model of mother and woman to follow. The last pointed
element was that of the oppressive figure of a father who appears in the relationship
with these women, whether they are figures constructed from a correlation that places
this female figure in a place of submission, either because of a macho culture that puts
the figure of the man in a place of domination before the female figure.
