STUDY OF STATIC AND DYNAMIC LEVELS OF UNDERGROUND AQUIFER WELLS TO MAINTAIN THEIR BALANCE LEVEL IN THE PROVINCE OF ICA - 2014
RESUMEN
El objetivo del trabajo fue evaluar los niveles estáticos y dinámicos de los pozos subterráneos en la Provincia de Ica, para una explotación sostenible de los acuíferos manteniendo su nivel de equilibrio con el desarrollo de la agricultura tecnificada, el método de estudio fue: trabajo de campo y gabinete, nos permitió identificar los pozos existentes, determinar el descenso de los niveles estáticos y dinámicos, cultivos que generan un exceso uso de la fuente hídrica del acuífero, que nos permite plantear medidas urgentes para su recuperación. El estudio muestra la evaluación de la disponibilidad hídrica subterránea mediante la caracterización hidrogeológica del acuífero, identificándose para el año 2014 en la provincia de Ica 864 pozos, de las cuales 460 pozos pertenecen a la zona de Villacuri y 436 pozos a la zona de Lanchas; el descenso de los niveles estáticos y dinámicos o el nivel de la napa freática es a razón de 1.85 m/año; los cultivos que afectan la disminución del nivel freático son el esparrago que en su riego utiliza 20,000 a 24,000 m3/ha/año y la vid utiliza 12,000 m3/ha/año; las medidas urgentes para recuperar la napa freática en el corto plazo, es recargar utilizando agua excedente del río Ica en época de estiaje y a largo plazo trasvasar fuentes de agua superficiales de otras cuencas. Concluyéndose que la explotación supera la recarga del acuífero, siendo necesario realizar recargas del rio Ica y trasvase de otras cuencas hídricas e instalar motores eficientes en los pozos para su extracción.

Abstract:
The objective of the work was to evaluate the static and dynamic levels of the underground wells in the Province of Ica, for a sustainable exploitation of the aquifers, maintaining their level of equilibrium with the development of technified agriculture, the study method was: field work and Cabinet, allowed us to identify existing wells, determine the decrease in static and dynamic levels, crops that generate an excess use of the water source of the aquifer, which allows us to propose urgent measures for their recovery. The study shows the evaluation of underground water availability through the hydrogeological characterization of the aquifer, identifying 864 wells in the province of Ica in 2014, of which 460 wells belong to the Villacuri area and 436 wells to the Lanchas area; the decrease in static and dynamic levels or the level of the water table is at a rate of 1.85 m / year; The crops that affect the reduction of the water table are asparagus, which uses 20,000 to 24,000 m3 / ha / year in its irrigation and the vine uses 12,000 m3 / ha / year; The urgent measures to recover the water table in the short term, is to recharge using surplus water from the Ica River in times of low water and in the long term to transfer surface water sources from other basins. Concluding that the exploitation exceeds the recharge of the aquifer, being necessary to recharge the Ica river and transfer it to other water basins and install efficient motors in the wells for their extraction.
