STOMACHION: UMA ABORDAGEM SOBRE A HISTÓRIA DA ANÁLISE COMBINATÓRIA
Este trabalho objetiva explorar a História da Matemática no âmbito da Análise Combinatória e verificar que o tratado do Stomachion de Arquimedes é o primeiro registro de estudos sobre o tema. Desejamos aproximar a História da Matemática aos alunos de forma a mostrar que a Matemática é ciência em transformação e que pode ser utilizada como recurso didático. Assim, através de nossos estudos sobre o tratado, propomos sua utilização em atividades do Ensino Básico, haja vista ser uma fonte de estudos sobre Geometria, Análise Combinatória e Raciocínio Lógico. O trabalho foi desenvolvido através de pesquisas bibliográficas onde analisamos livros digitais e impressos, dissertações, artigos e obras publicadas em sites oficiais sobre a História da Combinatória e o Palimpsesto de Arquimedes.

Abstract:
This work aims exploring Mathematics History in the scope of Combinatorics and verify that Archimedes' Stomachion is the first record of studies on the subject. We want to bring the History of Mathematics to students in order to show that Mathematics is a changing science and that it can be used as a didactic resource. Thus, we introduce the Stomachion resolution and propose its use in Basic Education activities, since it is a source of studies on Geometry, Combinatorial Analysis and Logic. The work was developed through bibliographic research where we analyzed books, dissertations, articles and works published on official websites on the History of Combinatorics and Archimedes' Palimpsest.
