SOMOS TODOS DIFERENTES, MAS NOSSO MUNDO É IGUAL
Levando em consideração que a criança desde o nascimento já esta em construção de sua identidade e que a mesma aprende por estímulos, e esses aprendizados serão levados para a vida, o presente trabalho tem como objetivo reconhecer, valorizar e trabalhar diversidade humana desde a educação infantil. Na Educação Infantil, etapa onde a imaginação e a criatividade são estimuladas através do lúdico, é possível trabalhar a diversidade através de experiências cotidianas, mostrando assim que as diferenças fazem parte de tudo em nossa vida. Através do brincar é possível estimular o respeito à diversidade, de forma que a criança se coloque no lugar do outro compreendendo que a diferença do outro a completa. Nesse sentido, segundo Gadotti (1992) “A escola que se insere nessa perspectiva procura abrir os horizontes de seus alunos para a compreensão de outras culturas, de outras linguagens e modos de pensar, num mundo cada vez mais próximo, procurando construir uma sociedade pluralista.” As estratégias metodológicas constituíram em uma revisão bibliográfica sobre o tema, integração entre as turmas de maternal II e pré-escolar II, histórias, vídeos, painéis, passeio, participação dos pais em atividades e culminância do projeto para a escola. Devemos ter a consciência da importância de projetos que priorizem as interações sociais, possibilitando trocas e por meio delas tornar-se a conivência respeitosa, pois sabemos que a criança é um agente multiplicador de transformação social, sendo assim, as trocas que acontecem na escola são determinantes para a mudança social do meio em que vivem. Com esse trabalho tivemos o intuito de mostrar que não somos iguais e que devemos respeitar uns aos outros. Segundo relatos dos pais e percepção que tivemos em sala de aula, o projeto contribui de forma significativa para os alunos e a comunidade escolar. Acreditamos que estes são desafios permanentes da educação e escola.

Abstract:
Considering that the children since birth are already in the process of building their identity and that they learn through stimulus, and these learnings will be taken to life, the present work aims to recognize, value and to work human diversity since child education. In Early Childhood Education, a stage in which imagination and creativity are stimulated through the play, it is possible to work on diversity through every day experiences, thus showing that differences are part of everything in our life. Through playing it is possible to encourage respect for diversity, so that the children put themselves in the other’s place, understanding that the difference from the other complete them. In this way, according to Gadotti (1992): “The school that fits into this perspective seeks to open the horizons of students to understanding of other cultures, other languages and ways of thinking, in an increasingly closer world, seeking to build a pluralist society.” The methodological strategies consisted of a bibliographic review on the theme, integration between the classes of kindergarten and preschool II, stories, videos, panel, outgoings, parental participation in activities and the culmination of the project for the school. We must be aware of the importance of projects that prioritize social interactions, allowing exchanges and through them make respectful connivance, as we know that the
child is a multiplying agent of social transformation, therefore, the exchanges that happen at school are decisive for social change in the environment in which they live. We had the intention, with this work, to show we are not equal and we must respect each other. According to parents’ reports and perceptions we had in the classroom, the project contributes significantly to students and the school community. We believe these are permanent challenges for education and for the school. -
