SOCIOEDUCAÇÃO E DIÁLOGOS ESTABELECIDOS PELO ECA E SINASE EM TEMPOS DE PANDEMIA
Este artigo trata-se de um recorte da pesquisa de doutorado que analisou a situação dos jovens em situação de privação de liberdade, buscando compreender a dialogicidade a partir das práticas socioeducativas relacionando com contexto de pandemia, sob a ótica dos enunciados dos jovens acerca dos diálogos estabelecidos pelo Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente – ECA e Sistema Nacional de Atendimento Socioeducativo — SINASE. Com aporte teórico em Costa, Freire e Onofre, utilizando ferramentas da pesquisa-ação, procurou-se correlacionar teoria e prática tomando por base um Centro de Atendimento Socioeducativo de Cuiabá–MT, que revelou a necessidade de aprimorar o entrelaçamento da teoria, normatizações, sentido e significado representados pelos jovens no CASE/Cuiabá-MT e a prática sociopedagógica voltada para a reinserção do jovem na sociedade, uma vez que ainda se mostram como o melhor caminho para a sua emancipação e transformação social.

Abstract:
: This article is an excerpt from the doctoral research that analyzed the situation of young people in a situation of deprivation of freedom, seeking to understand the dialogicity from the socio-educational practices relating to the context of the pandemic, from the perspective of the statements of the young people dialogues established by the Statute of the Child and Adolescent - ECA and the National Social and Educational Service System - SINASE. With theoretical support in Costa, Freire and Onofre, using action research tools, we tried to correlate theory and practice based on a Socio-Educational Service Center in Cuiabá – MT, which revealed the need to improve the intertwining of theory, standards, sense and meaning represented by young people in CASE / Cuiabá-MT and the socio-pedagogical practice aimed at the reinsertion of young people in society, since they still show themselves as the best way for their emancipation and social transformation.
