SISTEMATIZACIÓN DE EXPERIENCIAS EN LA DOCENCIA UNIVERSITARIA
La presente investigación, en la que se aplica el Modelo para el Desarrollo y Evaluación de Competencias Académicas (M-DECA), tiene por objeto analizar las experiencias docentes, en la formación de ingenieros químicos; tomando como referente la asignatura de Operaciones Unitarias I, de la carrera de Ingeniería Química. En virtud, de que los conceptos y leyes que se imparten a través de esta asignatura, aportan los conocimientos indispensables para comprender los procesos de transformación física, a la que es sometida la materia para obtener un producto aprovechable.

Abstract:
The present research which applies the development and academic competence assessment method aims the analysis of the educational staff, academical development in chemical engineering. Taking the Unit Operations I course reference of the chemical engineering school. Under the concepts and laws imparted through this course, they contribute the indispensable knowledge in order to comprehend the physic transformation processes in which the matter is submitted in orden to obtain usable products.
