SISTEMATIZAÇÃO E INFORMATIZAÇÃO NA ASSISTÊNCIA ESTUDANTIL DO INSTITUTO FEDERAL DO TOCANTINS: MAPEAR VULNERABILIDADES PARA FORTALECER A PERMANÊNCIA E O ÊXITO
O artigo apresenta o Programa de Estudo
Socioeconômico-cultural e de Acompanhamento
da Realidade do Estudante, instrumento técnicooperativo
interdisciplinar materializado numa
ferramenta tecnológica de sistematização de
dados nas dimensões econômica, social, cultural
e ambiental, visando identificar as variáveis que
incidem maior situação de vulnerabilidades
materiais e simbólica na condições de vida do
estudante. Idealizado para atender inicialmente
as demandas do assistente social na esteira da
política de assistência estudantil, o Programa
incorporou as demais categorias profissionais,
também ligadas à assistência estudantil, no
sentido de intentar um padrão organizativo de
saber poder-fazer profissional capaz de produzir
respostas às demandas objetivas e/ou subjetivas
dos estudantes com eficácia e coerência, na
mesma medida em que os profissionais se
reconheçam fortalecidos como sujeitos de classes
e com sentimento de pertença num projeto éticopolítico
profissional de integração e legitimação
institucional. Objetiva ainda, incitar o leitor a
refletir, honestamente, sobre como estamos (a
instituição de modo geral) operacionalizando
a política de assistência estudantil; ou, como
estamos, ou não, alcançando os estudantes em
suas necessidades humanas. Essas provocações
intenta trazer à luz do discernimento, a importância
em fortalecer, concomitante à informatização um
método interventivo que priorize a identificação,
estudo e classificação de situações-problemas
que fragilizam, expõe ao risco e vulnerabilizam as
potencialidades e resiliências intrínsecas no/do
ser humano ao longo do seu processo formativo.

Abstract:
The article presents the Program
of Socioeconomic-cultural Study and Student
Reality Monitoring, an interdisciplinary technicaloperational
instrument materialized in a
technological tool of systematization of data in
the economic, social, cultural and environmental
dimensions, aiming at identifying the variables
that affect the greatest situation of material and
symbolic vulnerabilities in the student’s living
conditions. Designed to initially meet the demands
of the social worker in the wake of the student
assistance policy, the Program incorporated the
other professional categories, also linked to student
assistance, in order to attempt an organizational

/ or subjective characteristics of students with effectiveness and coherence, to the same
extent that professionals recognize themselves as classed and with a sense of belonging
in a professional ethical-political project of integration and institutional legitimation. It also
aims to encourage the reader to reflect, honestly, on how we are (the institution in general)
operating the student assistance policy; or, as we are, or not, reaching students in their
human needs. These provocations try to bring into the light of discernment the importance
of strengthening, together with computerization, an intervention method that prioritizes the
identification, study and classification of situations-problems that weaken, expose to risk
and vulnerabilize the potentialities and intrinsic resilience in the human being throughout
their formative process.
