SISTEMATIZAÇÃO DA ASSISTÊNCIA DE ENFERMAGEM AS GESTANTES PORTADORAS DE ANEMIA FALCIFORME: REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA
Introdução: Anemia falciforme é uma doença genética hereditária comum no Brasil e que vem sendo alvo de vários estudos sobre sua patologia. Objetivo: O estudo analisou informações sobre a anemia falciforme em pacientes gestantes. Métodos: O trabalho científico foi realizado através de uma pesquisa descritiva, exploratória, bibliográfica, do tipo revisão integrativa. Foram utilizados trabalhos publicados nas bases de dados, Scielo e LILACS durante os anos de 2006 à 2020, conforme o respectivo tema desse trabalho. Resultados: Os achados identificados mostraram que apesar dos avanços, muito precisa ser feito para que técnicas mais seguras e eficazes sejam realizadas em detrimento da enfermagem na assistência para gestantes com anemia falciforme. Conclusão: Considerando a importância desta doença para a população e de seus complicadores no processo gestacional justifica-se a necessidade do seu estudo, na busca da melhoria da qualidade de vida.

Abstract:
Introducion: Sickle cell anemia is a common hereditary genetic disease in Brazil and has been the subject of several studies on its pathology Objective: The study analyzed information about sickle cell anemia in pregnant patients. Methods: The scientific work was carried out through descriptive, exploratory, bibliographic research, of the type integrative review. Works published in scientific journals, Google academic, and the Virtual Health Library between the years 2006 to 2020 were used, according to the respective theme of this work. Conclusion: Considering the importance of this disease for the population and its complications in the gestational process, the need for its study is justified, in the search for improving the quality of life.
