SISTEMATIZAÇÃO DA ASSISTÊNCIA DE ENFERMAGEM APLICADO A UM PACIENTE COM GLOMERULONEFRITE AGUDA EM UM SETOR HOSPITALAR: RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
A Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem como método científico e exclusivo do enfermeiro, torna o cuidado abrangendo o paciente e família realizando a assistência de forma integrada promovendo a reabilitação do paciente e bem estar. Objetivo: Descrever a experiência de acadêmicos ao realizar a SAE em um cliente com Glomerulonefrite Aguda internado no setor hospitalar na região metropolitana de Belém-Pa. Metodologia: estudo descritivo do tipo relato de experiência, elaborado a partir das vivências de acadêmicos de enfermagem da Universidade da Amazônia durante o estágio curricular obrigatório em um hospital público, que durante a prática no setor de clínica médica, foi utilizado a Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem em um paciente com glomerulonefrite aguda. Resultados: cliente assistido com faixa etária de 23 anos, gênero masculino, foi admitido com queixa de dores abdominais intensas. Ao exame físico, foi identificado edema na face e membros inferiores, pressão arterial elevada e secundo informações colhidas pelo cliente, sua diurese estava colurica. Diante do quadro clínico, os acadêmicos aplicaram a SAE, identificando diagnósticos e implementando os cuidados a serem realizados durante o período de internação do mesmo. Conclusão: o uso da SAE, possibilitou concluir que esta ferramenta facilita, melhora, aperfeiçoa a assistência de forma individualizada garantido melhor qualidade de vida e redução dos agravos ao paciente.

Abstract:
The Systematization of Nursing Care as a scientific and exclusive method of nurses, makes care encompassing the patient and family performing care in an integrated manner promoting patient rehabilitation and well-being. Objective: To describe the experience of academics performing SAE in a client with Acute Glomerulonephritis admitted to the hospital sector in the Belém-Pa metropolitan region. Methodology: a descriptive study of the experience report type, elaborated from the experiences of nursing students from the University of Amazonia during the compulsory curricular internship in a public hospital, which during the practice in the medical clinic sector, was used the Systematization of Nursing Care. Nursing in a patient with acute glomerulonephritis. Results: Assisted client with a 23-year-old male gender was admitted complaining of severe abdominal pain. Physical examination revealed edema on the face and lower limbs, high blood pressure, and according to information collected by the client, his diuresis was choluric. Given the clinical picture, the students applied the SAE, identifying diagnoses and implementing the care to be performed during the hospitalization period. Conclusion: the use of the SAE, made it possible to conclude that this tool facilitates, improves, improves care individually ensuring better quality of life and reduction of injuries to the patient.
