SISTEMATIZAÇÃO DA ASSISTÊNCIA DE ENFERMAGEM AO RECÉM-NASCIDO PREMATURO EM USO DE OXIGENIOTERAPIA
Introdução: O oxigênio (O2) é provavelmente o medicamento mais utilizado em cuidados intensivos neonatais e seu uso não controlado pode levar a consequências danosas ao recém-nascido prematuro (RN) em qualquer momento do período neonatal. Embora necessário para o suporte da vida, em diversas patologias, pode ser potencialmente tóxico a diversos tecidos e órgãos. A Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem (SAE) torna-se estratégia, onde a equipe de enfermagem organiza prática e fluxo da assistência, dando base para ações que envolvem humanização do cuidado e que se sustentam nas especialidades e interdisciplinaridades, incluindo-se a oxigenioterapia. Objetivo Geral: Verificar as ações no manejo da equipe de enfermagem ao recém-nascido prematuro em uso de oxigenioterapia. Objetivos Específicos: Descrever as complicações da prematuridade; Identificar os riscos e agravos ao ofertar oxigenioterapia; e Analisar as ações de enfermagem ao recém-nascido em oxigenioterapia internado na UTI. Metodologia: Trata-se de estudo de abordagem qualitativa, de método exploratório, e do tipo bibliográfico, sendo selecionados nas bases eletrônicas LILACS e BDENF um total de 10 artigos que serviram de base. Resultados: categorizou-se os achados, criando três capítulos distintos que tratam de prematuridade, oxigenioterapia e sistematização da assistência de enfermagem no atendimento ao prematuro utilizando a oxigenioterapia. Considerações Finais: O enfermeiro, ao monitorar o recém-nascido que necessita da oxigenioterapia, utilizará do processo de enfermagem, para sistematizar a assistência, possibilitando uma sequência padronizada de cuidados que, se espera, levem a seu pronto restabelecimento. Se recomenda a manutenção dos protocolos inerentes do ambiente de uti neonatal, mas proporcionando um cuidado assertivo, composto de inúmeros conhecimentos, abordagens e técnicas, para que o recém-nascido tenha a chance de ganhar peso, evoluir frente ao quadro clínico apresentado e crescer saudável e forte.

Abstract:
Introduction: Oxygen (O2) is probably the most used drug in neonatal intensive care and its uncontrolled use can lead to harmful consequences for the premature newborn (NB) at any time during the neonatal period. Although necessary for life support, in several pathologies, it can be potentially toxic to several tissues and organs. The Systematization of Nursing Care (SAE) becomes a strategy, where the nursing team organizes care practices and flow, providing a basis for actions that involve humanization of care and that are supported by specialties and interdisciplinarities, including oxygen therapy. General Objective: To verify the actions in the management of the nursing team to premature newborns using oxygen therapy. Specific Objectives: Describe complications of prematurity; Identify the risks and harms when offering oxygen therapy; and analyze the actions of nursing to newborns undergoing oxygen therapy hospitalized in the ICU. Methodology: This is a study with a qualitative approach, exploratory method, and bibliographic type, being selected in the electronic databases LILACS and BDENF a total of 10 articles that served as the basis. Results: the findings were categorized, creating three distinct chapters dealing with prematurity, oxygen therapy and systematization of nursing care in the care of preterm infants using oxygen therapy. Final Considerations: The nurse, when monitoring the newborn that needs oxygen therapy, will use the nursing process to systematize care, enabling a standardized sequence of care that, it is hoped, will lead to its prompt recovery. It is recommended to maintain the protocols inherent in the neonatal ICU environment, but providing assertive care, consisting of countless knowledge, approaches and techniques, so that the newborn has the chance to gain weight, evolve in the face of the clinical picture presented and grow healthy and strong.
