SISTEMATIZAÇÃO DA ASSISTÊNCIA DE ENFERMAGEM À UMA PACIENTE PORTADORA DE LÚPUS, DESENVOLVENDO O AUTO CUIDADO SEGUNDO A TEORIA DE OREM: RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
O lúpus (LES) é uma doença inflamatória, crônica e autoimune. É causado devido a produção em excesso de anticorpos pelo sistema imunológico, e o mesmo, em grande concentração, passa a atacar o próprio organismo, sua patogênese é multifatorial e ainda não foi completamente esclarecida. Neste trabalho utilizou-se o método estudo de caso e teve como objetivo: Interligar a aplicação das teorias de enfermagem de Dorothea Elizabeth Orem, em paciente portador de Lúpus, visando as necessidades do autocuidado junto com sua saúde mental. Foi observado o prejuízo em sua saúde física, que teve grande impacto, em ênfase, na sua saúde mental, apresentando diagnósticos/sintomas como: Dores musculares, conforto prejudicado, Fadiga relacionada a condição fisiológica, estresse e ansiedade, não descartando uma evolução para depressão. Foi analisado a teoria de Virginia Henderson e notou-se uma forte presença de seus conceitos no presente estudo. As teorias de enfermagem, destacando a de Orem e Virginia Henderson, são instrumentos que devem ter uma maior visibilidade na assistência dos cuidados de enfermagem, adequando aos comprometimentos da saúde (física, mental e social) do portador de lúpus.

Abstract:
Lupus (SLE) is an inflammatory, chronic and autoimmune disease. It is caused due to the excess production of antibodies by the immune system, and it, in great concentration, starts to attack the organism itself, its pathogenesis is multifactorial and has not been completely clarified. In this work, the case study method was used and its objective was: To link the application of Dorothea Elizabeth Orem's nursing theories in a patient with Lupus, aiming at the needs of self-care along with their mental health. The damage to his physical health was observed, which had a major impact, in emphasis, on his mental health, presenting diagnoses / symptoms such as: Muscle pain, impaired comfort, Fatigue related to physiological condition, stress and anxiety, not ruling out an evolution to depression . Virginia Henderson's theory was analyzed and there was a strong presence of his concepts in the present study. The nursing theories, highlighting that of Orem and Virginia Henderson, are instruments that must have greater visibility in nursing care assistance, adapting to the health compromises (physical, mental and social) of lupus patients.
